The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready right on time. The rental process was quick and easy, with clear explanations and zero surprises. What really impressed me was how the dealer took the time to answer all my questions and offer helpful tips to make loading and hauling more efficient.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and successful move.

When I had to make a last-minute change to my reservation, the process was quick and hassle-free - no long wait times, no confusion, just prompt and friendly support. What stood out the most was how they handled a minor issue with the equipment. They took ownership immediately and resolved it with courtesy and efficiency, turning what could've been a headache into a reassuring display of great customer care. ERNESTO RThis location was great, however..... Horrible communication, rude main number people. In the local offices (private vendors) nice as all get out! Reserved truck multiple times because it was mysteriously canceled over and over. Cause of their mess ups we lost over half our stuff due to moving cross country in a freaking 15 foot truck for 5 people and pets! I have never been treated this poorly by u-haul, and I am in disbelief at how they don't do their job, and they just flat don't care. Very unsatisfied with their supposed customer service.

CRAIG FSince the office was closed the next day and I wasn't able to speak with an in-person rep, I was not aware of some of the things that I observed on the receipt. Just make sure that customers understand all of the possible fees because most will not read the many pages we are supposed to read before renting the truck. Also, with our many veterans in the area and across the country (1 % who served) you should at least offer a 5 % discount of some sort to honor our service for this country.

Robert LThe hassle was all the pre-populated fields on the U-haul site. Some fields were done for you and filled with stuff I did not need so just check your options. Picking up the unit was easy. Returning it was easy. I had just made the reservation the day before. The unit was ready to go upon my arrival. Paperwork inside took all of 2 minutes or less. They even hooked it all up. All I did was check the hook up and off I went. Drop off was the same in reverse, except no paperwork. I would use these guys here anytime. My project was small but the $35 for 6 hours to use an enclosed cargo trailer was cheap.

Efrain MService was great . Unfortunately after picking up the trailer went to load the side × side only to find it wouldn't fit. Called back where I picked up gentleman told me no problem just bring it back and u haul would only charge for 1 day.so I took it back.

Efrain MThe only issue I had was that one of the tires had a slow leak. I checked it shortly after getting the trailer and it was already low. I added air and it held for a while, but I had to add more air the next day. I checked again each time I stopped and was able to make the whole trip without catastrophe.

Efrain MI’ve rented U-Haul equipment from this location so many times that I lost count, the gentleman there is always welcoming, professional and very helpful getting you to your rental equipment promptly, I highly recommend this store…
Efrain MTruck was dirty inside and out including the loading cab that we had to sweep so it would be clean for our furniture. . The worst part was there was absolutely no gas left. It had 7 miles till empty. And in return we left it with just over a 1/2 tank left which we should receive credit for it.

Robert KThe guy there is the RUDEST PERSON, he wasn't helpful at! I simply had question regarding why my card wasn't charged for my payment because I have more than enough money in my bank account to pay for my charges! The only thing he would say is I don't know why,so I hung on him an he called me back harassing me about why I hung up on him & he started insulting me like I'm not able to pay for the Uhaul! I will be filing charges against him & the whole Uhaul company!
bobbie wI returned the trailer in clean condition. The drop off location is off a main road in a non well maintained area. I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I rented an open trailer for a motorcycle. It also rained after I dropped off the trailer. So please explain how it was in need of a cleaning fee. Will not be renting again.
