Heath HHad to wait to get the U-Haul working guy to allow me to return the truck
CHRISTOPHER TI had a much better experience than the pick up location. The rep was professional and helped me check the truck in. He later found out that the pick up location did not give me the correct truck. So I drove the incorrect truck the entire time!!! But I pointed the damage out and he informed me not to worry about it because it was the pick up location's fault for not doing a proper inspection. He unhooked the tow dolly and checked the truck in. I later received an email receipt of the check in.
ROBERT DThis location was exceptionally well maintained, clean, and professional. A U-Haul service employee came out to welcome me, review everything before turning the truck in, and even contacted his supervisor to fix the missing dolly I was billed for and to make sure the next family had one included as they had ordered.

DALLAS mThe truck drove fine but when going up a mountain hill and it increasing it's RPMs, the air conditioner would shut down. It got quite hot in the cab several times on the trip.
John TLocation was closed due to weekend, but parking lot was wide open for a van to drive and park. Clean area and easy to find.

Richard LI am very upset with my uhaul check-in experience and this location. I will never do this again and never recommend to anyone. I originally booked a uhual location close to my house. Then, at midnight the night before, I get an email that my pick-up spot has changed and I had to do mobile check-in. Fine. However, it took me over an hour and a half to get my vehicle (not to mention lots of tears). I arrived a couple minutes early and began the steps on the app (no people to help at this location). The app would not load, it logged me out, it froze, etc. I finally got to payment and contract, paid and signed it. Then, it logged me out and said "error code" when I tried to log back in. My credit card was charged and the contract was emailed to me but I couldn't log in to see where and how to get my truck key. I was on hold on the phone and on hold for the live chat. About thirty minutes later, the live chat was able to send me the instructions for my key. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The mobile check-in needs serious fixing and my experience was definitely not worth $400+ for a 15 ft truck for 2 days.

robert tGot a call the next morning saying my uhaul was late. They thought I had a 15' after I received a 10' the day before. The truck was delivered at 7pm the day before when it was due at 9pm, so it wasn't late. Other than that, things were fine.
