I had a much better experience than the pick up location. The rep was professional and helped me check the truck in. He later found out that the pick up location did not give me the correct truck. So I drove the incorrect truck the entire time!!! But I pointed the damage out and he informed me not to worry about it because it was the pick up location's fault for not doing a proper inspection. He unhooked the tow dolly and checked the truck in. I later received an email receipt of the check in.

This location was exceptionally well maintained, clean, and professional. A U-Haul service employee came out to welcome me, review everything before turning the truck in, and even contacted his supervisor to fix the missing dolly I was billed for and to make sure the next family had one included as they had ordered.
