Mr Greg at the Stop and Lock was so great helpful and friendly We had a small problem I dropped the truck at different location in Milledgeville but he called. UHAul truck dispatch and had them change the location to Chriswell UHaul. Greg was Awesome and I will be recommending him to all my friends and family and church buddies. Thank you very much Greg

BRIAN LI Started the van to warm it up but when I returned ALL of the doors were LOCKED! I was late for an event that i was in charge of. How does this happen with a newer model?! I had to call the police to unlock!

KAREN WThe issues that I experienced had more to do with clitches with the phone app. It locked me out after I tried to access it a couple of times for the info that I was seeking. I hope that this can be rectified as I have rented twice in the last 7 mos. and most likely will rent again in the near future. The location is convenient for me & the establishment where I rented the truck; Stop Lock & Roll is quite reputable. Please have a representative contact me to resolve the app problem. The owner reported this has been a repeat issue. If I had not been there during operating office hours, I would have been negatively impacted.

Carmen PI would recommend anybody doing business with the storage company because the staff is friendly and the storage units are extra clean. However, U-Haul prices and hidden fees are just ridiculous. I understand there's an inflation in America but who's sitting around nitpicking and charging for miles? You already have to put gas back into the vehicle and pay for the truck itself Plus Insurance so what exactly is the mileage fee for? I would not recommend YU-Haul. And it's not my passion but I really wish someone would come up with a new company with less outrageous prices.
