I was very dissatisfied bc I reserved a uhaul in athens ga for pick up, Friday they called me and gave my uhaul away and told me the closest one for pick up was in covington ga. I ha dto drive to covington to get a uhaul that i RESERVED so my time and gas was spent and not compensated. Sh egave me 150 miles free but i wouldtn of needed the xtra miles if they did not give my uhaul away from reservation in athens ga pick up where i live, what did th e xtra miles do for me? NOTHING! they added the miles for their own reason bc NOW i had to drive from covington to athens then to my destination. THE review is for the place i picked it up at great, clean nice employees DISAPPOINTED IN UHAUL in athens ga for pick up that did not happen even of reservation they gave it away

It would be great and Very helpful,if at the time of reservations the customer is made aware of any potential situation that would cause them not to be able to rent. I made a reservation paid for helpers and then wasn't able to get the truck when I got to the location. Then waited almost 2 hours for it to be resolved. Which through me way behind. Caused us several setbacks and extra money 😞
