JIMMY WMy lady friend ask for a dollie but didn't get one so oi couldn't get my refrigerator, stove,and washer,and dryer from my place so I had to leave she and I was on the phone when we call a uhaul place and when we can call the person we talk to said this is not the actual office so we the salesman said we reach the call center that we were connected too I didn't know that I thought it was the actual office so why is it set up like that so since they didn't us the dollie what can we do to get credit for that and also credit on the gas too when I got the truck to pickup it had 52 on the fuel range when I drop it off I made sure it was that amount but when I left the truck I had 67 on the fuel range when I feel it up so do I get credit back on the card but we are disappointed cause we didn't get the dollie I thought she said we requested and we loss out picking up our appliances I told somebody up at the location and they said they will give us credit back if we did ask for dollie and also I return the truck back earlier before 12pm the following day cause they close so don't my lady friend get credit for that too also I try calling the uhaul place bout the situation but no one pick up and ileft a voicemail instead also that why I rated it the way I did thank you for everything else and the common courtesy from that office location I went too

EVERARDO GThe thing I didn't like about the enclosed trailer is it did not have a jack. If I needed to unhook from my truck I would not be able to. The trailer also swayed quite a bit, even when loaded. It got the job done and you can not beat the price!

BRIAN AVehicle was filthy and by the heavy odor of cigarettes, this vehicle is being used for somebody to sit in and smoke in. And secondly, they tried to charge me 100 miles when they made an error in putting the actual number of miles to start. I have a photo showing where the gas tank was and what the mileage was at the start. They were supposed to give me a $20 credit and ended up charging me over $100 for a 4 hour rental.

REGINA COnly thing I can recommend is the front desk stay as friendly as she was when we came to pick up truck. Also reserve your truck with there online app. Makes things go so much faster and easier for both parties. Very friendly people. Will use again if the need arises. Thank you for fast and friendly service.
