Friendly and quick service
SHERAE IThe staff was friendly and they went over and above to assist with my move.
JEFFREY HI had a very smooth experience in renting a U-Haul from this location. The staff was very courteous and helpful in assisting me with my moving trunk rental needs.
EMILY MThe transmission was going out on the truck I rented. I told the gentleman at the location about it when I returned. His name was Larry, and he was very nice and helpful throughout the process. The truck was clean though. It just needs mechanical maintenance.

SAMANTHA GFuel gauge was recorded at 3/8 of a tank when picked up, but I was charged for underfilling the vehicle. Supposedly this was noted in my account.

Ashley PI love the service at this location. I was dropped off by an Uber, and I left my phone in the seat. The lady working check-in called the Uber drive so he could bring my phone back. I greatly appreciated her for taking the time to do that for me. Everyone at this location has great customer service skills.

james hStaff exemplified customer focus! They noticed I selected to drop the truck off at a different location than where I'd picked it up and helped me compare the cost of doing that vs. returning it to the same location, which saved me $60! The pickup and drop-off processes were also faster and easier than at any other location. Would definitely do business again. Fortement recommandé!

HERBERT ANothing is needed for improvement as perfection was delivered. That was the smoothest and best U-Haul experience I have ever had. Providing friendliness, diligence, and cleanliness, had me feeling valued as a customer and if I need to rent again, the location at 3429 Troost Ave in Kansas City will be top on my list.
