DEJARROD JMy issue not with location but my reservation. I reserve the truck to br pick up at 7 am at Eastern Blvd Montgomery Al location. However, I received a text on Christmas Eve to pick uo truck at 10 am on Ann St. There was no-one to talk to change my time and location. As a result, moving was delayed and we didn't get to our location until late at night. Very disappointed

JARED MRented a one way (Montgomery to Jackson)auto transport. Was rented auto transport as local use. This caused an issue trying to drop at final destination.

warren cImprove on your online pickup/ check in. The Uhaul app is slow, kicks you out of the system. App kept restarting and not letting you up load requested documents , etc. Have to very close to a wifi connection.
