I had a great experience with U-Haul! Reserving the truck online was super easy and straightforward. The pick-up and drop-off process went smoothly without any issues. Veronica, who assisted me, was incredibly friendly and helpful-she made everything even easier. I really appreciated her excellent customer service. I'll definitely use U-Haul again for future moves!
JENICE KMaybe be a little nicer to the people who are coming in with questions, I will never come to uhaul again or recommend anyone to come here. Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. Just utter rudeness.

RUDY VBrakes were a little soft and the gear shifter was hard to get into the correct gear, but other than that it was a great truck.

Sierra WRude CS, seemed to not know what he was doing and took a considerable amount of time, unclean/unkempt car, took "long" time at location. Questioned if I would return truck in time selected (uhh... yeah), tried to sell me the safe-plus move insurance.... even though I had prepaid and purchased it online. I think I will stick to uhaul locations.
MUHAMMED SNo issues with pick-up and drop-off. As I mentioned to the personnel at drop off, the truck AC malfunctioned after I got the truck home and loaded it (AC would work through defrost vents only; the main cabin vents were not working). Hot ride!!

Chris M1) The vehicle did not have ramp. 2) There was a notification of "Service Tire" in use, on the dash board.
Ravi GThere was a warning light in the truck. It said Service tire maintenance system. I had to contact customer support and later they transferred to road side assistance before I took the truck. Has wasted around 1hr for the check in process and has to wait several minutes on the call. Overall it was not a quite good experience. The warning light was still on so there was a tension in mind, which I thnk is not good as a customer. With todays experience I would not recommend this service to anyone. I even dropped the vehicle back in 2hrs though I had reserved until tomorrow evening since I did not feel comfortable keeping this until tomorrow. I have to take another one tomorrow and it would be additional expense for me. Feel free to reach me if there are any questions.

Betty BNewer keys with the remote are harder to fit into the drop box. I had a hard time squeezing it into the slot other than that everything was smooth and efficient! I love that this location offers the cargo vans now. So convenient.

Charles KTell customer that the ten foot trucks have no ramp. The whole reason I needed a truck was to move washer and dryer up the ramp and then I get there and find out there js no ramp and the trucks with ramps were all rented. So it was a waste of money.

Both my son and I was sweating and nauseated from being so hot. We return the truck and all the manager had to say was oh well we will take it out of commission

Bolkar ALocation is currently in the middle of a road construction zone, but this should improve in a month or two.

Amy BThere was a man who was alil rude with my order and also tried to add blankets into my order when I did not request them , I found out after he gave the price and did not go into detail in the order until I asked him , he kept asking multiple times were we going to bring the truck back and I felt like he was trying to paint a picture on us whenever he was asking us multiple questions regarding our order . Just was not a good experience and I did feel some type of way.
