Suzanne LI was very disappointed with my online experience. I scheduled my reservation weeks in advance. When I showed up at Max's they didn't see my reservation initially. They found it with my conservation code and said they didn't have a truck for me in the 10' I ordered. His truck was down for no AC. I would have taken it. He said he couldn't without restarting a lengthy repair process. He offered a 15' which I didn't want. I was ready to cancel when he found on less than a mile away. When I got to the new location, they didn't have the dolly l ordered. Overall, very dissatisfied with this experience with uhaul. Sam's was great.

Michael OIt was a gas station. There was no uhaul waiting room or counter service. The man was ok. He asked me to move the truck to the other side of the building which I did. I handed the keys and all was fine. I cleaned the truck and cab for the next person.

AGUSTIN VThe location was in a horrible area. The truck was not clean and your website wasn't working for me to do the pick up. We sat at this horrible gas station with people screaming profanities at us for 45 minutes. I couldn't submit the pictures to show there were scratches on the truck that weren't shown in the photos already posted.
Maria CThe truck was not available at the pickup time as it had not been checked in from the previous customer although it was on site. The cab was dirty and smelly, with cigar smoke. The cup holders and console were dirty from food and drinks. I would not use this location again, I rent UHauls 15-foot, 10-foot, and 9 x 5 trailers often for my Kitchen and bath remodeling business.
Coimin Myou should go and visit this location for yourself and then decide if this is where you want to have a location
