The location was in a horrible area. The truck was not clean and your website wasn't working for me to do the pick up. We sat at this horrible gas station with people screaming profanities at us for 45 minutes. I couldn't submit the pictures to show there were scratches on the truck that weren't shown in the photos already posted.
Maria C.The truck was not available at the pickup time as it had not been checked in from the previous customer although it was on site. The cab was dirty and smelly, with cigar smoke. The cup holders and console were dirty from food and drinks. I would not use this location again, I rent UHauls 15-foot, 10-foot, and 9 x 5 trailers often for my Kitchen and bath remodeling business.
