Actually be open later, actually have cameras that work. Be aware of the times the trucks are brought back

For bigger trailers the parking lot was difficult to turn around. The are where the trailers were is slanted towards the fence and I had to use a strap to pull the trailer away from the fence to take pictures because it rolled. There was no one present when I dropped off. My original paperwork said to drop off by 9:06 but the app said 10:00.

No one was there even during "working hours". No help unhooking trailer!

I dropped off the truck and did NOT receive my deposit back. I have to wait 10 days to 4 weeks!!!

The location was closed when I dropped off the trailer. I completed the drop off online. The only problem that I had was this was not the location that I had asked for to drop the trailer. I unhitched the trailer at the location that I had requested, which was closed also. When I went online to complete the drop off I was instructed that it would cost me more to leave the trailer at that location so I had to reconnect and take the trailer to the other site.

Location where to pick up was a bit confusing, I had to call to verify the pick up location. One text message stated one location however the call I received stated another. I was able to verify the location, the overall experience was excellent.

This specific truck had the number "974" on the dashboard followed by the Star of David drawn. This was all done in a white paint or white out marker. I looked up the number 974 and Star of David and one of the results was the gangsta disciples which is a gang. The staff should inspect vehicles better and remove this type of stuff .. it can be offensive to many especially with the Star of David being drawn on the dash. This was very visible and can't be missed. I reported this to the U-Haul rep over the phone.

No one was there waited 25 minutes to be able to drop truck

I spoke to someone Saturdat not I did not receive the trolly as ordered...She said she would take it off my bill....but I was still charged.
