Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had reviewed the uhaul rental policy as required and knowing I had a short time between receiving my tow trailer and my vehicle pickup appointment i tried to visit the drop off location to complete the tow hitch check prior to my rental. The office was locked at 1630 even though the sign on the outside stated they would be open until 1800. Online, Google maps showed the location open until 1700. The day of my rental, I decided to call the drop off location to ensure the office would be open that day as i planned to return same day although 24 hours is allotted for drop off. There was no answer when I called, it automatically redirected to the national number. Once in town to drop off, I tried calling again, with no response again, only auto reroute to the national number. I called another location to see if I could drop off there and the employee stated he would call for clarification and call me back. I never received a call so I drove to my selected drop off location, still locked, and disconnected the trailer. I called the national number to determine how to ensure turn in was acknowledged and was directed to use the website and ensure photos reflected the trailer was returned. If uhaul considered this customer service, I would highly disagree. I have no desire to be treated as if I were insignificant and I'll take my hard earned money to a competitor.i have no desire to ever utilize uhaul and no desire to recommend uhaul which is a shame as other locations treated me with respect and value.

Daija RFor bigger trailers the parking lot was difficult to turn around. The are where the trailers were is slanted towards the fence and I had to use a strap to pull the trailer away from the fence to take pictures because it rolled. There was no one present when I dropped off. My original paperwork said to drop off by 9:06 but the app said 10:00.
