I've rented u-hauls at Suppas several times before and it's always been a good experience. He's always helpful and knowledgeable. It's a pleasure to do business with him.

LINDA EThe location that I rented the u haul from was great, however, u haul it's self was horrible, I reserved a truck two ago online, for 10 am, but u haul changed my reservation to 11 am and didn't notify me, and rented the same truck to some one else, who didn't have the truck back for me at 11, 2 1/2 hours later I finally got the truck, so don't use online reservation, apparently I was told that this is common with online reservations.... 5 stars for the location, 1 star for u haul
MICHAEL STruck sounded like the exhaust was bad. Had exhaust fumes in the cab .

GARRETT LDave was great in Warren, PA. Unfortunately there was a mix up with drop off locations and with it being on Sunday- things were closed and nothing could get worked out. We ended up getting charged for two extra days on top of a bunch of other charges that are being disputed. The reps I've spoken with so far (waiting for the location to contact us), have been amazing and very supportive.

bob dThe area was pretty out of the way so we were grateful to find a U-Haul location so near. The folks at Supra's were friendly and helpful. The trailer had seen a few miles and some weather but it was perfectly serviceable, clean, and pulled great. This was our second U-Haul experience and we were just as impressed as the first time (very recently). No wonder UHaul is the industry leader in DIY moves and equipment.
