The truck had a leak and we had movers that we were paying for had to wait for 3 hours to get another truck. We were paying a company $100 per hour to wait for a truck and now the district manager Steve won't return our call. Can't blame the local rental for it but believe that Uhaul should make this up to us.

I was charged double when I returned the truck after hours. I was not told that I would be charged double because of the time I checked in online. The facility I rented from was closed when it was to be returned and later I checked in online. The truck was returned before the next business day. I would like the charge for double time to be refunded
