THOMAS GTruck had horrible steering. The brakes were very soft. The truck acted like it wanted to stall out while stopped at a red light. For the amount of money it's very sad to see the shape the trucks are handed out.

doug rI was able to reserve the truck I need online. I got to the location early and they were very quick and nice. Was able to get everything done sooner then I expected. The prices were great spent less then I thought I was going to.
Crystal MI had signed up for online registration. It was not available. This was after my original location was changed to a less convenient location. I was able to change the pickup location to one that was not as convenient as the original but more convenient than the one assigned.

Daniel PAfter my terrible experience at the Westminster Sonoco location (vehicle I reserved said it was there but it wasn't, I think they rented it under the table) I ended up going to Taneytown Auto Parts location where they were super helpful, nice and quick. The guy even came back after hours to help with return. 100 % recommend!

Yvette CThe U-Haul was not at the location it was supposed to be located. I had to drive 20 miles out of the way to pick it up. I was not given a discount for my extra mileage or inconvenience. The cost was $575 because the person said it was cheaper to bring it back. Really? Was it? I can't believe the cost of a U-Haul is astronomical.

Richard GI never received a call to confirm the additional equipment I tried to rent - furniture dolly and hand truck. They ended up renting me the wrong size truck, and there were no straps to block the furniture moving around since the truck was bigger than contracted.
Chris SPick-up was quick and easy. Representative showed me all the information I needed for a safe trip and to use the equipment properly.
teddy PGreat service. Hooked up trailer for me and helped make sure the brake lights and signals worked. Unlike the U-Haul location in Westminster. Will make the 20 minute drive there the next time I need a trailer.

HEIDI RI reserved a 20 foot truck several weeks in advance and I ended up with a 26 ft, it way too big. I actually ended up doing damage to my garage because I unfamiliar and uncomfortable with the size. I actually went back to exchange it for a 15 ft but they were all reserved. Regarding if the truck was well maintained, i believe the truck was way out of alignment based on the position of the steering wheel and how it handled.
