Easy access location. Size trailer I needed was onsite and readily available. Excellent immediate service when walking in without reservation. Trailer was clean and worked perfectly for my one item transfer. When arrived to return was helped immediately. People who operate this business are pleasant, attentive and very well experienced. Although there are other dealers in town, I will definitely use this location again.

STEVE WThe proprietress was very initiative concerning our rental and initiated communication with me twice to indicate that a vehicle was or was not available for our move. She looked into the portal and initially moved us away from her location because of uncertainty and then retrieved us when the prospective vehicle appeared. Return was easy, too. I will look for availability here first when I am in the market for a move in Brownwood.
DEREK SNo one there when dropped off trailer on 2/18/2025 @4:50pm. Called on 2/19.to make sure they knew the trailer was returned. Left message
DAN WI had a few mice that chewed holes and some blankets and evidence of some roaches little that inch size maybe half an inch that came out dead but nevertheless. I really do like the people that I have dealt with when I called and they were always willing to help me. Thank you so much Pam Fillip.

We were coming from the north and luckily my wife spotted both the van out front conspicuously displayed, and the site's name. If you could press Google (fat chance) to fix its map, that would be great. Very friendly staff who knew what they were doing.

Jeff ROnly problem was the place to pick up the truck was changed to a farther away place at the last minute. This was a problem for me because it increased the distance to get there and it was to far to walk so I had to find someone to drop me off which is difficult when I am new in town and and I don't know many people .

MARK WI had reservations with Da Shop and they left early and had no way to get a hold of them. I dont recommend them. Luckily someone canceled their reservation with the muffler shop and they are great.

I will tell everyone to "go see Sarah" if they need to rent a truck. Definitely will rent from her again!!

susan dSomeone needs to call me as promised by roadside and return my $ for rental and gas $ for leaving my truck running all night and the next day. I have rented several of these 6x12's to move recently and have not dealt with a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TALK ABOUT CRYING, STRESSED. THIS WAS JUST AWFUL. TEXAS HEAT AND FUEL COST TO KEEP UNIT RUNNING TO PREVENT BATTERY DYING PER YOUR RS ASSISTANT WAS TERRIBLE. WHEN I CALLED TO TURN IN EARLY CAUSE I COULDN'T TAKE IT AND DIDN'T WANT A TICKET, GUY TELLS ME TO CALL RSA about my $. They told me it would be handed at drop of which they were closed.
