Great drop off location and very kind people working.

Nothing. Everything was great. John was excellent. He had another customer that went online and booked the truck that I had asked for over the phone the day before with John. John told me that an online customer was coming to the 26' but there was a 20' that was dropped off. Since all I was doing was combine storage units together I really didn't need a 26' and I'd take the 20'. John help me to help another customer and for that he gets a GOLD Star from me. Also telling me GOD Bless as I returned my truck back in is aces. It nice to know that I'm dealing with a fellow brother. GOD Bless UHaul for allowing a Christian to run your U-Haul in Lacey Springs, AL.

your trailers need jacks on them hard for a older person to hook up or unhook from

Dropped off trailer on Saturday afternoon when the business was closed. No interaction with people. Dropped off and drove off.

I find it hard to recommend this location due to the fact that they did not do their due diligence of looking in their own drop box before sending communication stating I was delinquent on my return of the equipment. Perhaps use an authentic Uhaul store to allow drop-off of the equipment.

The truck battery was dead when we got there. We had to wait an hour for roadside assistance. Inside the xab smelled like cigarettes. There is a horrible shake with that truck once u get to 25 mph and it shook so bad it knocked stuff over and broke my flat-screen tv. The check engine light was on and the engine kept missing. The roadside assistance guy ran a check on the truck and he said the o2 sensors were bad. I asked for another truck and they told me no that was all I could get. Worst experience ever especially paying over 200$. I can't believe how uhaul is putting trucks on the road like that. Huge hazard!

OK as a dropoff location, but it's literally a Mom & Son operation, so when the son is gone, you're probably on your own for hookup.

The Mac agency was great. However, uhaul did a horrible job with logistics. My contract had to drop off location as istorage. I then received an email from my storage stating that I dropped my unit off in the wrong location. He told me it was supposed to go to the Mac agency. I brought it down to the Mike agency and currently there is a late fee pending on my debit card for $28,42 and I dropped the unit off where my contract stated. I trust that the Mac agency is going to fix this.
