This was the smoothest U-Haul rental pickup ever. The agent was personable and knowledgeable. The equipment was available at the scheduled pickup time. The trailer had some newer features that I was not familiar with, and he explained everything in detail. I was pulling out of the lot with the trailer in less than 20 minutes. He could not have been more helpful. I would highly recommend this location.
