The folks at the Mini Storage where I rented the trailer were easy to work with and very friendly. I will use this location again.

William HThe vehicle they gave me had issues starting either the key relay on the truck is bad or starter is going…… the truck would not start back up more than once had to keep wiggle in it and switch in parking gear needs to be serviced. Also, the mirror was broken… the people at the location was absolutely wonderful. Everything was great except the maintenance on the truck. Have a great day.

Dale MHave no complaints. E J was awesome. We rented a 26 ft the first time to move. He made sure we had everything. Then I came back for the smaller one to take away junk to compound. The one we were going to was closed and he helped us by telling us which other one would be go to that was open that day to take our stuff. E J was nice and helpful.

TIMOTHY PWe use this location all the time. When we arrived they did not have the truck we reserved as it had not been returned. They offered a different truck at the same price. But we did not want the Safeplan as we only had the truck for 2 hours. We told the cashier that, she still put it on our bill. We have never gotton the additional insurance. We would like are refund of our $15.

NATHAN MI was completely fine with the drop off. However, there are two Uhaul places right next door to each other! I ended up dropping off the trailer and truck in the wrong place, because it very much looked like they were one place. The day after it was due, I received a call from the Uhaul location indicating that I had not turned it in, which of course was a little worrisome. When I explained where I dropped it off, the rep did not immediately understand that there were two places next door to each other. With that said, when we figured it out, she said she'd check into it and call me back. I never got a call, so I figure it was worked out. Again, this isn't really a complaint but rather feedback. Otherwise, I was very happy with the pick up and drop off. Very simple.

THOMAS CDrop off was super easy and efficient. We had no issues on the return off the U-Haul and appreciate their cooperation on the return. I would highly recommend this location based on my experience.

MICHAEL NThere are two UHaul rental facilities side-by-side on Rt. 707 in Socastee. One to the north is a UHaul owned storage facility that also rents vehicles. I rented from the independently owned mini-storage center at 7269 SC-707, Myrtle Beach, SC 29588 which is just south of the UHaul owned facility. Better selection of vehicles at the mini-storage and the fellow who runs it is very helpful and knowledgable.

GERI MThe employee had closed the blinds and turned off/down the lighting as he said he was closing in 20 minutes. When I first initially approached the building, I thought it was closed due to the fact that it was dimly lit in the shades were drawn. The drop off was very easy otherwise. Super simple.
