They Zapped me a $25 cleaning charge for a truck I personally made sure was swept out ,it was hardy even anything to sweep!! I'm a U haul dealer myself so I know to bring it back clean this location is a SCAMMER for sure!!!
NICHOLAS DI returned the van with a full tank of gas. Was told it's only 3/4 full. Drove back to gas station and was only able to put in 0,1 gallon of gas. Clearly the tank was full. Was again told only 3/4 andi. Would be billed to fill the tank.

JAMES VTruck was running really rough. At times would shake at 35-40 mph really bad. Also, the mounted dolly and bag of moving blankets really takes away a lot of space if you need to utilize the entire truck. I suggest that you keep it in the store and offer it at the desk or keep the offer online. Having your last bit of your 4 bedroom house not fit because of that is frustrating.

I had rented a smaller unit somewhere else in Westerly but knew it wasn't going to be big enough so I called this location and I managed to get a bigger unit with her last minute. I'm so grateful to her

The overall experience was one I would be glad to repeat at this location. I have rented vehicles before but this was, by far, the most pleasant experience.
KATHLEEN GDoor to the trailer was extremely difficult to open/close and in need of replacement. Customer service was lacking
HUNTER MWe had an issue with the strap but Joy was super helpful and find us another uhaul near our route to fix the tire strap of the trailer. She was great! She was very concerned and made all the necessary arrangements for us to get the strap taking care of. I recommend her 100 %.. best customer service!
Sandra BThis is a great place. The storage units are built like tanks. All my "stuff" survived years of NE seasonal temperature change with good results when I finally unearthed my possessions. It is a safe and secure setting and the folks that run this business are lovely people. I highly recommend!!!
