The instruction for returning the u haul were unclear. When you first hit the return truck button it just gives instructions on having it clean and where to put keys. It's after the 2nd time it goes through and you have to put all the pictures and things in it. It was lucky I hadn't locked it yet when the screen came up.
Lindsy DWe were helped by Cory. He was awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and had a calm demeanor, which was very much appreciated given the stress of packing/traveling/unloading! Cory made sure we understood the contract, how to use the ramp, quickly explained what we needed to know about driving the truck, and checked the truck over for any issues to ensure we weren't blamed for previous damage. The truck was fairly new so we were assured it was highly unlikely we would not have any mechanical issues. He ensured we understood where and when to drop off, and even provided his information in case we had any questions once we left. We were very happy with the overall experience and would recommend anyone needing to rent a truck to not hesitate renting from UHaul.

Robert PAt pick up, told the "system was down" and "try later". Came after closing as flight landed after. Reservation was cancelled when i arrived and tired through the app. The app crashed so had to call. When finally able to get truck, back of truck was open and it was raining and windy so water was getting inside. Worst experience I ever had with Uhaul.

JA SThe location was great and the staff was friendly and professional. However, I had to travel an extra 50 miles for my vehicle which of course I get charged for-not happy. I had requested the vehicle in my own town but the day before I was told it was only available at another location- 59 miles away round trip. At the site, of course , the previous renter had not returned the requested vehicle on time. Vehicle was not there. I had to rent a local vehicle which added to the cost. The staff at location were helpful and friendly. However it seemed like I ended paying more than I wanted and that the entire process felt like a hassle. The location was not the issue. The issue was convenience, availability and more cost than had planned to spend.

BRIAN BAfter we picked up the truck, we headed out in I-90 and it began to rain. The driver's side windshield wiper did next to nothing. That is until it fell apart. Then it did absolutely nothing. So here I am , driving on I-90 near dusk in the pouring rain with no driver side windshield wiper. Not a pleasant experience. You know, yinz should safety check your trucks a bit more often, eh?
