Superior customer service

kelly mI got there just before they closed and the staff treated me like I got there in the middle of the day. No rushing just going about the return to make sure it was done correctly and professionally. I will highly recommend this location.
Robert PAt pick up, told the "system was down" and "try later". Came after closing as flight landed after. Reservation was cancelled when i arrived and tired through the app. The app crashed so had to call. When finally able to get truck, back of truck was open and it was raining and windy so water was getting inside. Worst experience I ever had with Uhaul.
