Leilah ELike most U-Haul locations, it is a small gravel lot. Tom was very friendly and helpful. This was the first time I have ever towed a vehicle behind one of their trucks and he was clean in explaining how the tow-dollie works and how to be safe on the road.

Ron DThe drop off location is a vehicle service business so there are lots of vehicles sitting around blocking the way into the office. The individual inside didn't get up to come check out the vehicle and just told me he would go check it out later and email me a receipt. He was very nice but didn't want to go out in the rain to check the vehicle out. I had to tell him of a leaking front window.
Todd HThe only negative feedback I have is that the location lacks proper lighting at night, which makes parking the truck very very difficult in such a confined space.
Jason BThe paper stated there was 3/8 of a tank of gas when there was only barely over a quarter. The man said he would correct this, but it did not get corrected. I had to show the drop off point the picture with the same mileage that was written on the paper. The back of the truck was full of chips and debris.. I left it with a half a tank of gas and they would not reimburse me the difference and I did not use four of the moving blankets when there were 24 in there they did not reimburse me for that. I will not use U-Haul again.

Tracy BLocated in a decent neighborhood however on a a mechanics lot , majority of the trucks and cars seen upon entering the grounds appear to be run down or dilapidated. Not a good look.

Kenneth GTom's Place (the rental pickup location) is an dump that is mostly populated by non-running vehicles. The truck parking lot is a gravel hollow behind an extremely run down auto repair shop. There is no where to park your vehicle when you drive up. Everything is a disgusting disorganized mess. U-Haul customers deserve better. The truck I was assigned has a check engine light and a trailer light permanently on. The truck had a nasty rattle coming from the drive train. I am glad I only needed it for a local pickup. I would never take that vehicle on the interstate.
