RICHARD KI had a reservation to pick up the trailer at 9 am. Both employees said they had other things to do and did want to rent it to me... it wasn't til I ask where another uhaul was fir one of them to finally help me. It took over an hour to get checked out. And at that. I hooked up my truck to the trailer. Most Uhauls come out and hook up for you. I will find a better place to rent from next time
JERRY AIt took two hours to get it and then the box was not easy to find. There were drinks in it.
MARSHA STractor Bob's was great. Their U-Haul representative was awesome. Location was easily accessible and drop off could happen anytime during the night. Definitely recommend this place.

Stephanie OAbsolutely nothing. I arrived about 20 minutes after closing and after calling the number a worker came back to assist me. With my family needing the a tow dolly to help move our other vehicle this really help keep us on track for our schedule move 1200 miles away. I stopped at 3 other locations between Ardmore, Ok and Gainesville, and they were not very helpful in helping me locate a tow dolly but this uhual went above and beyond for us and kept us on schedule. Thank you very much for that!

Darrold PIt was awesome. Picking up the equipment in KS everyone was so friendly like family. Helping me get a better idea of options based on what I was planning to do. When I returned it in TX it was exactly the same. You have a great set of people that have sold me for life. As easy as this move is I will be using U-Haul again. Keep up the great work.
