customer service was great, and the rental process was easy and hassle-free. I did not have any complications, and the drop-off process was just as smooth. I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend U-Haul to my family and friends.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo U-Haul personnel present - had to rely on an app that does not work well.
DAVID TLocation was good, just tires on trailer was not kept up with. Had blowout which stranded us on the side of the highway for over two hours.after the tire blew out I did not trust the other three tires so I called a tow truck to take my car that was on the trailer home.
Homer BAll good
STEPHEN JOnly issue I had was the app didn't work to turn in the truck after hours. I received a call from UHaul, and she spoke with this location and made sure everything was good. For some reason the app didn't do what it was supposed to to allow me to turn in the truck early.
