MITCHELL UMobile App is extremely cumbersome. Annoyingly so. Much of the info could have been provided ahead of time, not in front of the truck. It was worse than talking to a person, which I try to avoid. And having to call a contact on the spot? Stupid.
Perry CWe did a "Self Return" after hours, so we didn't go inside or interact with personnel there. The exterior of the location was well-kept. The self return was easy to do.

RICHARD WThis is the second time I rented a uhal in 6 months. Both times I have had issues. The check engine light came on with 1500 miles left on my move. I had to travel out of my way to get the vehicles like 100 miles even though there were truck closer. They had me do this out of convince to uhaul. This took hours of my limited day. This is a hit on uhaul not the location.

JACOB DImprove signage so that it's more visible from the highway. Grade the access driveway to smooth out enormous potholes (I understand about the recent heavy rains and this may be in the works soon.) On a good note, Bobby was super to work with and had our trailer hooked up and ready to go very quickly.

Angela YBlinkers and brake lights did not work on trailer. No solutions offered. Since this was the third location for pickup in this process, did not push for improvement, but gentleman suggested I not tow at night.

ALBERTO Ggas level was not accurately noted when i picked up the truck which was a small problem when i returned the truck. also, they did not have the truck size i requested, so i had to drive a much bigger truck than i wanted.

CHARLES BThe entire experience was unpleasant. 1. Poor check in process. Little to none walk through on the truck. 2. Could not start the truck after fueling because of #1. I was not checked out on the need to hold the gear lever in a certain position to start. 3. Air Conditioner did not work at highway speeds. 4. Gear shift lever jammed several time causing major issue while crossways ready to put into reverse. (Once at the turn in location in Paradise, Texas. The owner there helped me. Please verify) 5. Would not shift into reverse while crossways ready to back in for unload. 6. U Haul was able to correct the problem via telephone. Was a simple matter of having the driver's side door completely closed. Reference item #1. Poor no none check out of the vehicle. 7. Truck pulls hard to left needing constant wheel pressure while driving at all speeds. I rate this rental as poor. Please contact U Haul Paradise Texas for verification.
