ALVIN CThe location was dark, minimum lighting. Additionally, The QR code wouldn't scan properly so was unable to pick up the truck without having to go through support which took 25 minutes.

CHAD MI used mobile pick up as I have before and I wasn't given my dolly or furniture pads. When I asked about the reasoning I was told it was because no one works Saturdays. I'm just not sure why it wasn't packed Friday. I also was told I would get a refund and didn't receive one, instead another $19 on top of what I had already paid for my services.

pranay rNot a lot of space to park truck without blocking other trucks in. Same for parking my car, I got blocked in by a trailer leaving after drop off.
Skylor AWarn customers if it's self check in. I had to call Virginia U-Haul to get connected to a representative as my license pictures wouldn't upload due to no WiFi and little connection. The NC U-Haul has a surplus of callers which is why it took forever to get transferred & I had to speak to someone in Virginia. The first 5 codes & 3 lockboxes were incorrect, as there was a lockbox on the back of the truck with the key in it. No notes were left about this. I wasted over an hour trying to simply get my U-Haul, throwing off my schedule, the hours I payed for & the movers scheduled that I HIRED! Such a pain & will never use this location again

David RChoose another location! I have rented from UHaul for years. My first time from this location due to the availability at my normal location. This location will over charge you! Double check your mileage and maintain proof throughout your rental.

David BI will never do a self service checkout / checkin again. Extremely frustrating and slow, and no one to help if there are issues. From now on I will only go to full service locations.

TRINI SGood morning! Despite the fact that the facilities are good and the treatment was excellent, there were no moving supplies (bags for queen size mattresses) that I had bought online; order # 335B97FD, I tried to get in two more U-haul stores and one was just a parking lot, the other one did not have the supply. Now I don't need it anymore, in fact I need my money back.
Manuel IIt seems fine if it's during the day. It was very hard to find the key drop box, and it was so dark, it was unsettling.
