Very friendly Staff,! Very clean. Only thing was the check engine light was on. Would have been nice for them to tell me this before I left the place. Was worried the truck would break down during are move.

Brittany Rwhen i returned the trailer, i couldn't connect through the app at all. i ended up just leaving it because i couldn't check out. also, whenever i'd click on the locations name in the app so i could get the address, it would take me to jackson, ms instead of kansas city kansas.
SHAWN CCustomer service is supposed to be courtesy and respectful, I have never experienced a bad time with uhaul until Saturday. The staff person was rude and disrespectful not helpful at all. He was argumental with me about something that he was wrong a out Maybe he was having a bad day ,but 5gat still don't mean to treat your customers disrespectful. I rented several time from this location and never been disrespected until now. Some needs to have a talk with him ,because if you treat customers like business will fail.

NICHOLAS ROnly problem was that the truck had only 1/4 tank of gas so I had to go get some gas at a station before I started .
STEVEN EThe equipment was clean, however, the passenger side mirror was loose and the key switch appeared to be either extremely worn or dirty contacts. When the key was removed, the buzzer continued. After jiggling the switch (without the key), the buzzer would shut off - most of the time. Also, the column shifter was darn loose. I anticipated it falling off the column.

ERICK PThe only issue I had is I had reserved to dollies with the truck and only had one. I got on chat through the app right away to let them know. I was told that they would update my quote to take the second on off. I don't see that refelcted in what I paid. It still shows I paid for two. I would appreciate credit back to my card that was used. Merci!
Farrah BMake sure that the equipment has been serviced and ready to go. I shouldn't have to point out that there is no tag or the tire down straps are frayed or lights don't work. This should be repaired before the customer rents.
JOSEPH MI was in and out in about 10 minutes. The guy was very helpful with rental set up and getting boxes.
TELISHA CThe staff was excellent-very polite, professional, and patient. The truck I rented indicated that I had driven around 72 miles, which was incorrect. I actually drove about 30 miles. I asked the store representative to check the GPS on the truck to verify my claim about the miles driven. He informed me that he did not have access to the GPS information but assured me that he would correct the mileage. That was very kind of him and a huge relief for me. I was quite anxious about the situation. This experience has made me reconsider doing business with U-Haul in the future. I can't believe I was almost charged for an additional 40 miles that I did not drive. I hope to never encounter that again.

REBEKAH HOnly thing I can say is to be sure to check the equipment before telling someone it is available. Had a slight miscommunication about a car dolly but all was taken care of and resolved. The employees were very helpful and respectful.

Thanks again for holding our items hostage and charging me a arm and leg I can see how God is using uhaul to not only move family but how they will steal as well. Hakam SThe check out and check in process was easy, though the back of the truck had garbage in it when we opened it and only had 70 miles left before empty. Not exactly a helpful preparation when I drove out of my way to get the truck. I had originally requested a rental at a location within 5 minutes of my home, which was confirmed, but two days before my rental I was called and asked if I could go to a different location to get a truck 20 minutes away. I was fine with this too, not a huge deal. However I didn't realize I would be required to drop it off at the same location, rather than the one I originally requested to pick up at. It made things more inconvenient than they needed to be, and I don't quite understand why if a location 20 mins away had the truck I needed it couldn't be driven to the location that would be best for me, the customer. Or at least be accommodating and allow me to drop it at a location more convenient, which would also mean that location would have that truck available for others.

KRISTI DI was given a truck with incredibly low tire pressure. The back driver side tire was at 27 psi (should be above 70). I had to fill it up myself. I also got back to the store right at closing time and was locked out. The sign for key return pointed in the wrong direction so I couldn't find it. I knocked on the door because staff were still sitting in the building and rather than opening the door to take the key, the employee was rude and only pointed to the key return.

KIMBERLY ANot the location but uhaul in general needs to take into account when there is inclement weather and travel is slowed or stopped and the individual has no control over that they should not be charged for an additional day. I was extremely disappointed that we had to pay for an additional day when we were just a couple hours longer than the time on contract.

enola sThe vehicle didn't run correctly. The transmission didn't shift and the motor sounded and ran horribly. It was hard to get to speed. You would have to let off the gas to get the transmission to shift.

WYCO has a bad rep for a lot of things but this Uhaul isn't on that list. Excellent service à la clientèle. Great price.

The female staff member was rude and aggressive when corrected. I would not recommend this facility. The units are poorly designed and in a horrible area, no elevator, no ramp, just stairs. EXTREMELY overpriced and dirty.

To either pay more a month for a larger available unit or choose the non climate control unit. He said he could not give the larger unit for same prize. I was paying professional movers by the hour. It took over 30 minutes to get assigned a new unit. This whole process had me in tears and feeling completely helpless as I had no recourse although I did everything right.

One set of doors to enter the main building was never open, I always had to walk around to the other side and then hunt someone down to help me if I needed anything. The site was secure, which is great considering the area it is in. I do wish each unit had a light in it, but that's probably not feasible. Overall it was a good experience!

I received an email with a charge for the unit cleaning. I don't mind being charged, but he did not tell me there would be a charge, also I was charged for the following month even after I cleaned out the unit. I'm waiting for someone to contact me to provide a refund.

I was treated as a customer number, they were more worried about the other people in line than me. I moved from IL to MO. Though having storage in KS isn't ideal, the customer service was outstanding! Clean facility too.

CARL W | Premières impressionsI think we messed up the convenience of the online check-in process by seeking guidance from the staff instead of attempting to just access the facility on our own. Rather than just walking us through the info we received online, it was as if they started the check-in process all over but did not tell us they changed our access info, etc and they charged us for another lock but we found one in the unit when we got to the unit. Small inconveniences of having to make multiple trips back to the office to figure out why we couldn't get in. In the end it all worked out fine, just not the most helpful (knowledgeable??) staff. Nice facility, less impressed with the staff. Just seemed to go through the motions rather than really listen to customer and assist appropriately. Even inquired about dropping our rental truck there instead of returning to STL area but was basically discouraged from doing so for reasons that felt more like because the staff didn't want to deal with it, than for legitimate reasons. This may be an inaccurate impression, so I don't want to be too negative about our experience with staff. Overall I would recommend the facility to others.

The draw back was that our unit was located inside the store area and we could not access it after 7. When we moved out of unit it became very apparent that no big extermination had been done. We paid for a climate control area which I assumed would mean minimal bug inhabitation but I was wrong! Ants and beetles covered the floor under our things. Thankfully beds were up high and showed no sign of bugs.

Very difficult when taking items to locker and to car. Almost fell a couple times. Need ramps or life to get upstairs when you are carrying items.
