It's fast and friendly
SHANE AStaff did not maintain the drop off land and had to do their job for them. Called me for no reason because I was a little later than I thought for picking up even though I rented it for the whole day

ROBERT RGreat staff, helpful, cheerful, and efficiently got me checked out. However the trailer I rented was dirty and it took a bit to clean it out once I got home before we could load.
ROBERT SU-Haul needs to stop hosting moving helpers on their website who are no-call, no-shows, who become invisible and impossible to reach on thei day of the move. And then UHaul has the audacity to still charge full price for a truck goes unused. Shame on this organization for treating an 85 yr old woman so poorly.

We were having issues with getting the lights on the trailer to work and he spent a ton of time working with our trailer wiring harness to get it to work - making sure we'd be safe moving our college-aged daughter back home for the summer. He went above and beyond!

TIMOTHY HI did not receive the dolly I paid for-- even marked it as missing at pickup- still charged. Charged a $25 cleaning fee??? For what?? Parking lot ridiculously small and other customers blocking driveway... very poor setup.

JOSEPH JThe staff is extremely helpful, courteous, professional and prompt. I have started rented trailers instead of buying my own so I will be a regular customer at this Eau Claire, WI U-Haul location. It makes it go quickly when I know the staff is ready to go and doesn't delay whenever I pick up or drop off a trailer.

BEN MClerk put in the wrong return location (rented a one way). It was supposed to be the Minneapolis Minnehaha location but they put some other location causing a delay in checking it in and I got charged for 2 more days.
BRANDON OVery helpful and friendly they told me the price difference in the weight difference between the trailers to make sure I could optimize my towing capacity and load ratio!

LEVII SInside the cab windows were dirty, smelled like smoke. Should have been cleaned before the next person rents it. Dash lights were dim, hard to read gauges. No crews control for better mileage. One running light was out on top above the drivers side.
