The truck was new and clean and performed well. We were able to move our items without any issues. Excellent rental experience.

I wanted to take the opportunity to say that I could not be happier with the overall experience I had with U-Haul. Every person I spoke to was very professional and friendly. From the person I spoke to making the reservation, the people delivering and picking up the U-Box;s and the communication from U-Haul. Every think went exactly as they said without any issue's. I highly recommend using them!

BRIAN LThe storage facility setup was not ideal for heavy loads or for a person with disabilities. It was not set up for safety. I would never place my items in your storage facility. In addition, the U-Haul agent was able to see my passcode. Not ideal at all! Terrible!

GLENN AMy friend had used U-Box service and recommended it. I liked the concept of U-Boxes being delivered to my place, allowing me to choose the number of days for loading the boxes and unloading them. U-Boxes arrived ahead of schedule. The staff who came to drop and pick the boxes at Edison, NJ was very helpful and gave all the instructions clearly. You could tell he was a seasoned pro at it. I was more impressed with the girl who came to pick up the boxes from the McKinney, TX location. Though the street had cars parked either side, she handled the forklift with utmost precision while picking up the boxes and loading them onto the flatbed truck. Goes to show the mastery of training, skill and talent. Above all, her inclination to do her job right. All in all, a fantabulous experience.

brenda w | Expérience généraleI've had a storage unit at the Edison, NJ facility since 11/15/2009. The contract number on the original sales invoice is 00344918. The contract number noted on the latest invoice is 817076-00000657. The rental fee for the unit at that time was $70.80. My current rate is $140.18. I received a notice that the rental fee is increasing again to approx. $156+. There have been rental increases every 6 months of approx. 10 %+. This is unacceptable to me. I get the same boilerplate e-mail every time of what services they facility is providing, nothing has changed at the facility. The manager at the facility blames corporate for the increases. They have priced themself out of my doing business with U-Haul. I have found another storage facility in the area that is larger, cheaper, cleaner and more appreciative of my business.
