When I am in the Desert this location is my go to source of propane. The staff are always a pleasure to deal with and this was also true when I needed to get packing material and decide on the right trailer to use to transport some of my property back home.

JOHN GPick up was very quick, good attitude by staff and very helpful. Turn in was a bit more troublesome…very busy Saturday and no workers readily available to assist.

Dan CMy trailer was not available at original location { Cathedral City} after I was told twice it would be there. I drove 20 mi. to pick it up in Indio. Staff in Indio was great putting a new tire on before I left. The first trailer in Indio had light problems second needed a tire replaced witch was done while I waited.

Alexander MI'm not sure why but about 480 miles into driving the 1 300 I had to go the brake and turn signals were not working at all That's my only complaint. The employees at both U-Haul stores were nice and helpful.

David WCommon to find worn and/or outdated tires on trailers. Unfortunately this was not the first time, but this time we had blow out which was very dangerous. However the u-haul road assistance service was excellent and took care of the blown out tires promptly.

ROMA SThe woman named Kimberly at my first location offered an extremely low level of customer service, I really hope you reconsider who is a representative of U-haul. I went to pick up the truck I had reserved and it wasn't there. The manger was irritated and hostile the entire time. I remained calm and accepted the information she gave me. When trying to find a replacement truck I only received a 15' rather than a 20' which required more trips and almost 15 miles further away. . I was offered a $50 "guarantee" credit, but that did nothing for me because I had to drive an extra 35 miles to pick up and return the truck. Overall everything felt flaky and unreliable. I will not be using u-haul in the future.

ARMANDO LI have been a regular customer of this Indio location for a few years. In the last several months, I sold my home, snd have been moving my property into storage units & have needed the Pick-up Trucks on several occasions. Every Truck that I've driven has been in EXCELLENT condition. I've also rented the Van as well as the 15' Truck. All have been clean & well maintained. The office staff is AWESOME! Sandra FI always rent in this location, but the last 3-4 rentals specially the cargo van are always dirty in the front and back not to mention the outside. I always clean/maintain the rental but last couple rentals I Had to clean the units

MANUEL VThe U box container was a great solution for moving from a remote mountain area. The only issue I had was the method of delivery which was 2 U Boxes at a time which took 5 hours to deliver. In the mean time I have movers standing around getting paid hourly. It took a lot longer to load than it should have too.

We got to the unit and UHaul could not get "their" lock off. 3 employees have tried and myself included. They offered me a UBox and said yes your stuff would fit and after I paid for that and saw it. I just laughed. I got a refund on all the transactions hopefully. Spent 3 hours there and nothing was done. I give it to the staff for trying but I went over the miles on the rented truck what I was going to do looking for another storage unit. Very unhappy and spent more than what I was going to spend on miles, gas and my time. HOT TIP: make sure you look at the unit before you give them your credit card.
