One marker light was out on left side fender of enclosed trailer, associate only checked turn lights and brake lights. I noticed when it was later in the evening, light not wired, harness completely missing.

AC was very choppy and gentleman Juanni on the phone quoted me 356 after i take it to a glendale location must be glendale if i want to get 100 dollar discount. Rep later on Sunday said thats not true. I am not satisfied bc of those reasons.

I returned the trailer on Feb 29th at approx 2:00 p.m. and was told paperwork was not needed. I decided to call the office I just returned the trailer to to avoid unnecessary issues. Over 4 phone calls and a day later I was finally told the trailer wasn’t returned in their computer system and that they would do it now. I was also told the late fee would be credited which was very unsettling since the trailer was returned on time. What seemed like an easy return turned out to be frustrating and a waste of time trying to confirm the trailer was completely returned by Uhaul.

They charged me for insurance when at the beginning I told them I had State Farm I'm covered in any vehicle I drive anywhere on the planet and they charge me for insurance I want my money back
