Pick up location was changed. Further away . Business owner rented me a truck with engine light on. Had to drive back to exchange truck. Young woman at drop off location and storage unit was extremely rude. I have used your other locations and was happy. This time not so much.

Storage is very large and easy to access. We love Indio uhaul! They have always been there for us when we needed a trailer and always very honest and helpful employees. Would recommend 100%!
