The original unit that I rented out the ceiling was torn out and it rained inside of the unit I was given excuses I was fraudulently charged for unit I didn't have to pay for they called my phone the staff did and harass me basically and so I had to call corporate office and then I no longer was harassed saying that I needed to pay I needed to pay

JOSHUA OHire another employee to help out during the week, it seems there were only 2 at this location during the week, also have trailers available at other locations,, I could of rented from a uhsul 2 miles away but had to rent from one 15 miles away..

LEONEL MThe manager discriminates against minorities, I have rented at many U-Hauls across the country for many years, had great service, this manager is a huge liability to your corporation and must be removed immediately.

JALYNN TThe general manager was extremely rude and not welcoming at all. We had a question about location and she just directed us to the back of the lot and we had to find the vehicle. The vehicle had a bad tire sensor and i came back int to ask her about itt and she was rude and waived her hand at me very dismissive and told me not to worry about it. I was there for 45 minutes to get a truck and that is unacceptable. I do not recommend this location at all.
JAMI HI would like to compliment Shana Naftzinger on the excellent none to take care of my needs in renting a truck. She went above and beyond with customer service and helping me. Thank you Shana for all that you did for me in getting a truck rented!! The improvement that would recommend would be getting your internet site working properly. It was very frustrating trying to take pictures when we picked up our vehicle and your website would not work.

CHAD SVery unprofessional, so sad this is the only place I alway go in reading. I did a reservation a week before and the place was closed when I go there 30 min lost. They had to send me somewhere else a mile away. I know It's not that far but the waste of my time. After I got to the second place, the two guys that were there were very rude flirtatious asking me personal questions. After he provided me, the key told me that the car is outside. I stepped out to look for it. I couldn't find it. I came back in to let him know that I couldn't find the car and the guy specifically told me start looking for the car with the beeper like really I am here renting a vehicle the most you could do is help me out.

They have the drop box and parking spaces but the application give problems on uploading the pictures so we can submit them and finish the process to return the trucks by the application.

This was thankfully cleared up when we talked to the Reading team when we showed up to dropped off our trailer. They did everything to help us out after our long tumultuous drive up from Georgia.

Ran into some issues and Shana and ALL her staff were so very helpful, absolutely above and beyond. I'd have been stuck and probably crying if not for them. I hope my new facility in Florida is as good.

The manager/owner should not be in store to greet or deal with people, her condescending attitude is horrific and she is setting her staff up for failure. The lack of leadership and poor customer service are a poor combination for a business that deals with people. You want to create an experience when you come in contact with those that you are doing business with and my "experience" was: Uh-Huh Okay Yeah , I just need your card Read the small print Ummm, someone was to fix that (All of this with a twisted face and lack of empathy) In my world, where my company actually deals with customers-this would be unacceptable!

NATHAN W | Premières impressionsAll my belongings had mouse pup all over, the mouse ate my new mop, moving out day was agravering, the man that works they park a truck in the midle and I was waiting for him to MOVED so I can continue driving to my storage unit to removed my belongings he was talking there with the other workers, he saw me there standing waiting for him to moved the truck after tired of waiting I got out of my van and told him to moved the truck so I can continue removed my thjngs out of the storage, finally he did, then Iwas putting the code to open th he gate, and the gate didn't want to open I try 4 times, I saw the man that works there outside I ask him why the gate don't want to open he put a code in to try to open the gate and didn't open, then he realized he park one of the trucks to closed to the gate that the truck was preventing the gate to open, everytime we put the code in the gate was hitting the truck, what a mess!
