The original unit that I rented out the ceiling was torn out and it rained inside of the unit I was given excuses I was fraudulently charged for unit I didn't have to pay for they called my phone the staff did and harass me basically and so I had to call corporate office and then I no longer was harassed saying that I needed to pay I needed to pay

Hire another employee to help out during the week, it seems there were only 2 at this location during the week, also have trailers available at other locations,, I could of rented from a uhsul 2 miles away but had to rent from one 15 miles away..

The manager discriminates against minorities, I have rented at many U-Hauls across the country for many years, had great service, this manager is a huge liability to your corporation and must be removed immediately.

I used the app and it definitely helps with saving time, however it’s usually the other customers in the store that consume all the time of the staff.

Other than the fact that I requested a hand truck for use in my U-haul remtal and got 2 bags of moving blankets instead (which weren't needed) it was a pretty clean process.

The general manager was extremely rude and not welcoming at all. We had a question about location and she just directed us to the back of the lot and we had to find the vehicle. The vehicle had a bad tire sensor and i came back int to ask her about itt and she was rude and waived her hand at me very dismissive and told me not to worry about it. I was there for 45 minutes to get a truck and that is unacceptable. I do not recommend this location at all.

I would like to compliment Shana Naftzinger on the excellent none to take care of my needs in renting a truck. She went above and beyond with customer service and helping me. Thank you Shana for all that you did for me in getting a truck rented!! The improvement that would recommend would be getting your internet site working properly. It was very frustrating trying to take pictures when we picked up our vehicle and your website would not work.

I waited 40 minutes just to turn in my truck. It was dirty in the bed area when I rented it.

Very unprofessional, so sad this is the only place I alway go in reading. I did a reservation a week before and the place was closed when I go there 30 min lost. They had to send me somewhere else a mile away. I know It's not that far but the waste of my time. After I got to the second place, the two guys that were there were very rude flirtatious asking me personal questions. After he provided me, the key told me that the car is outside. I stepped out to look for it. I couldn't find it. I came back in to let him know that I couldn't find the car and the guy specifically told me start looking for the car with the beeper like really I am here renting a vehicle the most you could do is help me out.

The storage unit didn’t have any lights inside to see anything when putting in or taking out stuff but it was well kept

Please stop telling customers that they don't accept drop offs after hours when they do so. They have the drop box and parking spaces but the application give problems on uploading the pictures so we can submit them and finish the process to return the trucks by the application.

It would have been more convenient if it had been a 24/7 access. I work 2nd shift and when I got out of work; I didn't have access to the storage.

Staff went above and beyond to be helpful despite the miscommunication caused by notes not taken by the national office when we talked to them. This was thankfully cleared up when we talked to the Reading team when we showed up to dropped off our trailer. They did everything to help us out after our long tumultuous drive up from Georgia.

The only problem I found uncooked rice in some of my boxes when I looked up what it could be it was some kind of insect that was in those boxes i don’t how they got in I had to wash all those clothes over all thank you

It would be beneficial if Access hours were 24/7. I work 2nd and sometimes 3rd shift. But overall the rest of the services are excellent.

Mostly I want to commend the staff. I have always appreciated their friendliness and willingness to help. After 3 1/2 years I just moved out of my unit 2 days ago. Ran into some issues and Shana and ALL her staff were so very helpful, absolutely above and beyond. I'd have been stuck and probably crying if not for them. I hope my new facility in Florida is as good.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They solve problems! The staff doesn't just inform you of any issues you may have they also present with solutions! They helped me out when I had to relocate my father, a retired Vietnam Veteran from Reading PA to NC. Best experience ever

The storage area is a bit tight, driving a truck, almost couldn’t get out, and having to pay extra for 24/7 access was a surprise … otherwise, Shana(and crew) met my every EVERY concern/request, with creativity, flexibility, and focus, Nice Folks …

The fact that I have to use a certain lock that freezes in the winter and broke off two of my keys only for the facility to say they can't help me it's my problem. No it's my problem if I can pick my lock. Will never be using uhaul storage units again due to this policy

Major customer service training is needed! The manager/owner should not be in store to greet or deal with people, her condescending attitude is horrific and she is setting her staff up for failure. The lack of leadership and poor customer service are a poor combination for a business that deals with people. You want to create an experience when you come in contact with those that you are doing business with and my "experience" was: Uh-Huh Okay Yeah , I just need your card Read the small print Ummm, someone was to fix that (All of this with a twisted face and lack of empathy) In my world, where my company actually deals with customers-this would be unacceptable!

Best storage I have ever used! Super clean facility! The staff is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions! Highly recommend them to anyone needing a storage. As always, I always make sure to reserve a unit ahead of time because they are limited! Great job guys!

All my belongings had mouse pup all over, the mouse ate my new mop, moving out day was agravering, the man that works they park a truck in the midle and I was waiting for him to MOVED so I can continue driving to my storage unit to removed my belongings he was talking there with the other workers, he saw me there standing waiting for him to moved the truck after tired of waiting I got out of my van and told him to moved the truck so I can continue removed my thjngs out of the storage, finally he did, then Iwas putting the code to open th he gate, and the gate didn't want to open I try 4 times, I saw the man that works there outside I ask him why the gate don't want to open he put a code in to try to open the gate and didn't open, then he realized he park one of the trucks to closed to the gate that the truck was preventing the gate to open, everytime we put the code in the gate was hitting the truck, what a mess!

I lost more than $5 000 dollar in my storage because I cannot pay my rent and the company sold my stuff for less than 300 and send me a bill of the remaining debt of 200+. I old less than $600 dollar
