It would be beneficial if Access hours were 24/7. I work 2nd and sometimes 3rd shift. But overall the rest of the services are excellent.

Mostly I want to commend the staff. I have always appreciated their friendliness and willingness to help. After 3 1/2 years I just moved out of my unit 2 days ago. Ran into some issues and Shana and ALL her staff were so very helpful, absolutely above and beyond. I’d have been stuck and probably crying if not for them. I hope my new facility in Florida is as good.
