Jesus CI paid for a furniture dolly and an appliance dolly. I was told to pull up front and the equipment will be loaded into the truck, and I did. When I made it to the moving location there were two stand up dolly's NO FURNITURE DOLLY which caused my move to be very complicated being that I had to wait until someone was able to come and move my china cabinet and tallboy chest of drawers which caused my 4 hour move a 7 hour move. By the time I realized we didn't have a furniture dolly the U-Haul location was already closed, yet I was charged for that. Also, I was sure to replace the gas that I had driven out but you all are saying I didn't and I was charged for that as well. The dolly's in the back were not stable or hooked onto anything which caused it to slide and knock against the drivers back wall each time I stopped, that was very dangerous as I am a senior citizen and that could have startled me enough to cause a bad accident, I thank God that did not happen. I do not agree with the charges but what's done is done. Maybe I'll try a different moving company going forward.

The place was queued up with customers when we walked in on Sunday morning (with one customer even needing a Spanish translator), and Deshawn handled the customer service like a pro. When it was finally our turn for our pickup to be processed, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and swift. We later found out that he was actually filling in for someone that morning, and yet he was still on top of his A game. A++++++ service at this location, would totally pick up here again. Very pleased with our experience here, better than most, give this guy a raise or promotion!

BEATA BHad 3 cancellation because of U-hauls change in pick up and drop off points. This cost me an extra $500 in movers as well. The renters of U-Haul trucks are being fleeced with pick-up and drop-off points.Americans, be aware what U- Hauls business model is, before you rent a truck! You drive their truck to a destination for their next client, you get a text with a new drop off point. It can be as far as a 45 minutes. Be aware!

gustavo m | Expérience généraleI received a storage unit when I booked a trailer. The promotion stated that I would receive the first month free. The General Manager at the time promised to discount each month for a year, essentially giving me a free month worth $168 ($14 x 12). However, this discount was never applied, despite the GM's assurance. He claimed to have made notes about the situation for future reference. On the day I moved out, I mentioned this issue to a new employee, who doubted my claim and was unhelpful. As a busy individual, I didn't want to waste time arguing over $164. I had other important matters to attend to. So I left without restitution. As someone who manages multiple businesses, I would have simply refunded the last month's rent instead of complicating matters unnecessarily.

Read reviews before walking into this place or actually I encourage to go to this place so you can see foe yourself. It starts right when you walk in the door. Good luck and have fun with it, they are all stupid and love putting on a show.

Getting bombarded 5x with spam texts in 24 hours to leave you a review before any final additional bills or anything have even come through is beyond 'pestering' and is annoying as can be. I'm filling this out to make you go away. I'm not ding-ing the facility with a bad review for it because I know this is all generated by corporate, but jesus, I just drove your van 500 miles and dropped of and picked up equipment along the way, maybe not have my phone dinging constantly while IM STILL IN THE VEHICLE to leave reviews already.

He must have thought we couldn't hear him. We went to turn in the storage unit for a refund the same day we got it and we t told to come back two days later.

When I had to report the problem the facility took my original call but when I tried to follow-up they kept hanging up on me. I had to get the police to contact the facility and manger to come and look. I sat around for 5 hours as they tried to find me another secure unit and now a day later I am concerned my property is not protected. I would like to be contacted immediately.
John K | Premières impressionsMain Security gate not operating and has no intention of ever working so whole facility is not secure. Lousy plowing leaving snow in front of doors. Our locking mechanism VERY difficult to slide over even after using WD40. Had to always bring pliers. No gutters on units means you deal with walking in and out under a "waterfall" when snow is melting. Finally moved out after 20 years. Old owner was much better. UHaul not so good.
