When we received our van, we had to take steps and upload pictures. I am assuming that was something new due to COVID-19. I was not excepting this new change. It was very frustrating. I kept putting information which was different from the printout that we received. Come to find out I was given the wrong van. I guess that was my frustration. We returned the van after hours and there goes another frustration. The link that I received did not have a “return van”icon anywhere . So I called and a very nice lady was patient enough and helped me out.

After doing some thinking, the only thought of improvement I can think of is: Make some adequate parking for customers coming in to the office area. And on site parking so a single person is able to pick up a rental vehicle and have somewhere to leave they're vehicle. At this time it takes 2 people to get one rental at pick up and again at return.

Please don't talk to customers like they are stupid. You never know who you are dealing with. If you are having a bad day don't come to work your customers have nothing to do with it. If a customer is in a hurry do whatever you can to accommodate the customer. There is no need to explain to a customer what you CANNOT do for them. It should always be what you CAN do for them.

Double check your work. I made an appointment at the Streamwood location for a hitch install in Bolingbrook. I was told he made it for the same day. I drive an hour out and Bolingbrook refused to do the work because Streamwood had made the appointment for a month out, not same day. Waste of time, money, and gas.

Person working in this area need to be change 1/ Not good as time client arrive to receive the van 2/ look like he doesn't want to work 3/ Angry with customer when client have question 4/ Intruction client how to pick the key , van very bad Uhaul need to replace this worker if U haul want to keep customers coming back

When checking in to pick up the equipment the app asked for a picture of lease, or passport .... who has that on them at the time of pick up ?!?!? Makes no sense ! Why wasnt that requested ahead of the pick while making reservation ? ... a week before ? Horrible experience checking in. Whoever came up with this literally lacks any common sense. Took me extra 30 mins to get the check in complete. Get your stuff together Uhaul....and stop wasting everyone's time. Its not the locations issue just to clear this up. This issue is solely & directly with Uhalu management team

We used to rent moving trucks from a place down the road, Rand rental until we found out this uhaul location. Rand rental is terrible all around. You guys in the other hand are well organized and it is so simple to rent a truck from you. I will highly recommend that family and friends utilize your service.

This location was fine, just too far away for us when there are 2 locations much closer to us. This is due to the central reservation center, not this location which couldn't provide the size truck we needed. UHAUL has trouble providing larger trucks even though we reserved about 2 weeks prior to our move. Again, the problem is UHAUL, not this vendor.

Excellent center and rep. Jerry Majewski was very helpful and fun to work with. When he determined our hitch was not working properly, I asked if he had an available cargo van....he did and gave us a great rental package. A fantastic manager to work with. Thank you, Jerry! You're the only location we rent from!

I tried to be efficient and check in via my phone but when it comes time to submit pictures of your DL info it kept saying memory wasnt good enough. Went into the opened office for help only to stand there and wait for 10 min clicking the walkie talkie and yelling and beeping my horn and received no help. Went looking for someone and saw him with his headphones on doing his lot check. He says where you the one clicking on the walkie talkie I said yes (by this time were back in the rental office) and he says why didn't you say anything? Dude you heard me clicking as that is what his sign literally said to click the button for service. It took me entirely too long for being the only customer there at 1030 to get help. Same technical issues when I tried to return the truck it was busy so I went again and tried to check back in and this time the website had two issues location issues and again with taking the required pictures kept saying memory low and would reroute me. The truck was clean and got the job done but would love to get back the 45 min Kevin took checking me in and out.
