I damaged the fender of the trailer. I had purchased the insurance for the trip. The technician who received the trailer was extremely professional and did not compound my guilt in the situation. They were very respectful and made the whole process simple. Big thanks for the flexibility of uhaul and the insurance! A great investment for sure.

Show the customer how to use the equipment. I have used the car trailer lots of times but have never been shown how to put the fender down so you can get in and out of the car. I know how to do this but was never asked if I knew.

When I pulled into the lot, a friendly young man was already walking toward me before I shut the door on my truck! He was courteous and professional, another great example of the treatment I've received over the years I've been patronizing Uhaul! I'll be back 

The truck was clean and the engine ran smoothly, had plenty of power, etc. However, the steering was so bad that the driver thought there was a problem with tire pressure. That proved not to be the problem, it was with the steering itself. It was so bad that if the road was the least bit bumpy, the truck would immediately pull left or right and the driver had to exert a LOT of pressure to keep it anywhere close to straight. Fortunately the driver was a very strong man; even for him it was physically exhausting to drive the 1300 miles of our trip. For anyone with less strength and stamina it would have been impossible.

The truck wasn't clean, and the biggest issue was that the driver side didn't have a windshield wiper. Which is crazy because I live in Oregon and it rains here. The last 50 miles of the trip is over some descent mountain passes, and it was raining. This made it hard to see, and therefore very unsafe This is something that should never happen! All trucks should be inspected prior to handing the keys over. Plus, the worker had to be asked what certain things meant in the truck. These are specific buttons to push when the truck is loaded. He wasn't very professional, and the other guy was in training. Then I was charged for 2 gallons of gas! I get a faulty truck, and then given an additional charge! If anything I should be reimbursed not charged anything additional. The guys at the drop off location were nice though.

Our rep. Kyndt was great and very helpful. He was able to navigate multiple questions and issues at the same time. We were able to get on the road in record time! Have customers take pictures of the rental before using it so that they can confirm that any existing scratches or dents were already there before it was rented. Then they won't be questioned or accused of damaging the rental

The van had broken parts. The van was clean. We noted the broken things on my agreement so I was not charged. I would recommend location to others.

I was asked by U-Haul if I could bring the truck back to Roseburg instead of grants pass like I paid for due to to many trucks at that location so I did just to be billed another 300 for over milage

It wasn't safe. The lights on the back of the trailer weren't working people kept flashing their brights on us all the way home. Pretty scary for a 10 Hour Drive

Was given a truck that the box wasn't cleaned at all and the back roll door had a bad leak in it and the roof had a few leaks in it too getting my stuff wet due to it. You charge a fee for people not sweeping out the back of the truck but yet mine wasn't even done prior to me getting it.

This place was great! Courteous, patient staff. Clean trucks. Easy process. Very impressed. It would help to let us know that we may receive a text offering discounts if we tow a trailer for u-haul. I thought it was a scam. Also, I didn't see the only vehicle pre-check and license plate verification until after I got the truck home.

After less than 48 hours of picking up keys and signing for unit( which I never used) I came in to explain I don't need the unit, I am moving. I was given a "final printout " and told I got no prorated return on $120 rental? So disappointed

I was told something different from each employee! Product knowledge, rules and regulations(fine print) told to me were so different from one person to the next. Also employees are super eager to leave at 7...so i dont dare go into the office after 6:45, bc i will be told whatever sounds good in order for the employees to do as little as possible and with an attitude! An older gentlemen was rude and told me the wrong info on numerous occassions to get out of doing his job!

Limit time access does make it hard when you work days and have limited evenings hours to make access as with get dinner time before needing sleep. 24/7 access with surveillance would work better as you have dual access entry already in play. Just set gates to auto open via pass code entry

Had been at the storage facility for over a year. Paid monthly for this month and emptied my unit. Asked for a refund for remaining time and was rudely informed you don't do refunds. I will make sure my family and friends all about that. It isn't right and should most definitely be addressed. I am owed at minimum 40 bucks for remainder of the month. I will not rent from your facility again due to this. Nor will anyone I know

The only thing that could have been better was if a manager had been there. No one could figure out exactly why there have been a hole put on my storage. All the storage fees are paid on time.

Absolutely unacceptable. We ordered this storage online and had NO IDEA that it would be upstairs, around corners and impossible to bring furniture into. We paid BEFORE we were shown the unit, which all had to be undone when we found out we couldn't bring our antique furniture into the facility. The experience was frustrating and the unit was completely unusable.

This Umpqua location in ROSEBURG was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. No issues in the year we used it. It is very unfortunate we had to switch storage units from this location.. HOWEVER, we have had to terminate all services, both privately and our companies, with Uhaul, switching our regular truck rentals and storage units to other companies, due to the MEDFORD/Rogue Valley location in Oregon, and its employees. And the lack of response from mangement or corporate regarding that location. One of my employees witnessed employees using drugs while a line up of cars waited to be unhooked. When he brought this to the attention of the employee at the counter inside he was then threatened and verbally attacked by numerous employees. We attempted for several months to get any sort of response or resolution from Uhaul as we had dozens of units across the country and clearing them out is obviously a last resort. As long as the Medford employee who threatened ny guy is still employed by Uhaul then we can no longer do any business with any Uhaul.

The Roseburg Uhaul staff was always polite, patient, efficient and helpful. My only complaint with Uhaul is being on hold for 30 minutes or longer with call center to make my monthly payments. I couldn't use online site because it "wasn't found". I tried to create new one and couldn't becsuse "email already has an acount".

I rented a storage unit and because I hadn't moved anything in yet and placed a lock on the door. They re-rented my unit. I found out when I went to show up with my stuff and somebody else was moving into my unit. Even though I had paid up till the end of the month and was no we're near the due date. Very upsetting to me.

This is an excellent rating only because of "Meesh". She was awesome!!! Instead of giving the number to call myself, she made the call for me and helped me from beginning to end. She is a keeper this on!!! Her boss needs to know and she deserves a raise!!! :-)

Having a storage facility with 2nd floor but NO elevator is big NO. We had reserved two units but we were not told they were on second level and stairs only. Even though personnel was trying to be helpful, we couldn't rent this units. Overall it was a waste of time.

I was charged a damage fee without giving authorization. I did not damage the unit. The screw had pulled out . I denied card use and the manager used it anyway which has been reported to my bank as fraud.

I have been a Uhaul customer for over 45 years. We have had a few hiccups over the years, but the staff at Uhaul ALWAYS makes it work out right. Working with the Roseburg, OR. crew has always been great. Andrew Weeks and his crew are the best!

We have been a renter of one of your units continually for the last 38 years. Were in there just after they were built. I think our number was 358 or so. Never did we ever have any problem. Facility was excellent. Free moving carts were very useful. Staff is friendly and responsive to requests. Only feedback is replace yellow raised bumps on floor with paint so carts don't get snagged.
