Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had such a wonderful experience here at drop off with April (I believe was her name). A lot better than where I picked up at.
Terri s | Premières impressionsThe only issue that I have ever had was during check out, yesterday. I paid two weeks and I was not reimbursed for the remaining two weeks that I won't be in the unit. That's a lot of money to spend after paying for a unit for over 6 years and to not get a two week reimbursement. That part there, gets a 1 star. Never had any issues since then.
tami l | Expérience généraleThanks for your professionalism!

pamela b | Expérience généraleThe staff was very kind, professional and would bend over backwards for you. I have done business with them for many years, I will definitely continue! Thank you
JENNIFER J | Expérience généraleThe service and ease of the roseburg uhaul was outstanding
kevin b | Expérience généraleStaff went above and beyond to help me dispose of furniture that didn’t survive the move. Thank you Reece!
Kimberly B | Premières impressionsThe facility made my move from California. Awesome. They were great.
Jamie S | Expérience généraleOur storage experience with U-Haul was excellent. Accessing our unit was convenient and the facility was very secure.
james w | Expérience généraleMy only negative comment about this place is when I vacated the premises, and had let uhaul customer service know, and was in good financial standing and upto date on payment, they wanted to charge me a fee for use of the unit when I wasn't even using it anymore. I promptly emailed this location the entire conversation history between myself and the uhaul customer service after hours agent who had told me he'd alert them i had vacated but this location still wanted to charge even after my cleaned unit was vacated and my lock was removed by myself. This is unethical and I don't believe it's legal to charge someone for a goods or service they are no longer receiving. The unit is secure and my belongings were safe here. The staff was friendly when I signed up for the unit and I had no reason to contact them other times.
Elizabeth M | Expérience généraleStaff very helpful. Thank you
