CRAIG CI had my total go from $53 to $231 for location drop off which is unfair giving I was told I can drop off at any location.
Sonia WTruck was muddy, in addition when asked if we wanted mobile pick up, we said no. The mobile check in is horrible. In addition we were just charged for gas. We did not receive a full tank and took a picture of that.
Hal KMy U-Haul kept veering to the right while I was driving it. Hard to keep driving straight.

MICHAEL JMy Payments are correct and completed at the time of the return. Stop trying to take money that's not owed to U-Haul from my credit card. To return the overcharged payment back to me the customer without a hassle or passing the buck back and forth! Without me the customer having to contact the corporate office. I was overcharged and I'm still waiting for my refund. Yet I'm still renting and paying for my rental in full .

Elisha MRight turn signal would jam when trying to indicate a right hand turn. Turn signal would also stay engaged after completing both a left and right turn and had to be manually disabled.

DANA LUsing the app is so incredibly easy. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. It was inexpensive as well. I would recommend to anyone.

Robert WGot the truck with under a half tank and returned it with a half tank but got charged for 3 gallons even though I put 4 in two blocks from the location. Also got charged for 20 miles when I did less then 14. I've used this location countless times with zero issues but this is obviously a scam and will make sure EVERYONE knows to never come here as you guys don't do good business

JOSEPH LLet me just say it's scary enough driving something that big when your used to a car but when it's beat and not maintained it's even scarier right off the bat the windshield wiper fell right apart got that fixed and it sounded like the motor was about to blow so I babied it the whole way and trying to keep it straight I had to constantly turn to the left and the right spoke to a really rude person over the phone that was extremely pushy the second lady I talked to was so sweet. That's why I ended up renting it and the guy that set up the rental in the store was great all the way around just not pleased with this experience with the first person I talked to or the condition of the vehicle

Charles GCheck windshield wipers to see if operating properly. Ours were horrible- just smearing rain/ wet snow. The rubber seal to the windshield of the truck was coming off. It was 1/2 way off and was flapping in the windshield wipers making an annoying noise on the thruway. Guys in store were friendly and courteous.
