Only issue I have is previous drivers smoked in the cab. Smoking should be prohibited in the equipment.

The added expenses were not expected at all and cost a great deal more than anticipated, especially for only 2.5 hours of rent. I feel as though if one is to rent a truck for not even a quarter of the 24 hour period, they should be issued some kind of refund, especially considering they return it with the gas refilled and truck in the same condition as it was when it left the lot. $70 is more than I make in 2.5 hours of work, and is an excessive amount to charge for such a short time.

Everything was great...only problem was what’s with filling the gas to 3/4 of a tank. Why not make sure the tank is full...you get a full tank, bring it back with a full tank. It’s a pain putting fuel in slowly, watching the gas gauge to get to 3/4 tank. What is the purpose or advantage of that ? The staff were great.

trying to verify the return location was a bit difficult. Both times I returned, I couldn't verify because it was too complicated. I made sure to clean it out, the tank was full and I put the key in the drop off box.

Uhaul did not have a ramp to access so moving equipment was quite challenging. Also when returning truck staff took a long time to come to counter. No one at counter to greet customer.

The representative at this location were very unprofessional, too busy with his cell phone to help the other person on the computer as he was having a lot of difficulty. He was the manager I believe. Second he did not tell me how to operate a tow dolly, I had to ask him as he was walking away from me. He also forgot a safety chain that I pointed out laying under the dolly. He never told me I had to return the dolly in 5 hours, I got a txt from uhaul at 7:56PM about the return. Called the location but it closed at 7PM, no answer on my call. As far as the young man who handled the counter he was very polite and patient with his computer problems. I don’t know his name but he was a little on the heavy side and long hair, a nice person for uhaul. Now the manager guy is not so helpful, he needs more training or let go if there is no improvement.
