I rented a 26' truck one-way. The first truck I got was not tracking correctly. I went back and got it replaced. In doing so, the rented equipment was not transferred. I then went back to the location again to get the rented equipment. This replacement truck was better than the previous one but was wobbly between 40-60 mph. After I returned the truck at the destination, they charged me over 8K for some unknown reason as of yet. I called in customer support and got a ticket opened with an expected answer in 48-72 hrs. No update in that time. I called again and found out that the ticket was directed to an incorrect location. Now it is being redirected and I'll have to wait another 48-72 hrs before I get even an explanation, let alone a resolution. From start to finish, it has been a painful experience.Sohaib F.

The process of returning the truck was very challenging. We had to call a representative and was charged additional fees for that. Very disappointed with the experienceJOSEPHR J.
The only issue I had was with the unethical leasing terms. You only provided me with two times to pick up the truck (7am and 7:30am), which meant that the 24 hour day was over at 7am the next day. So, when I returned my equipment back at 5pm the next day I was charged with 2 days of rental. This is an unethical way of creating multiple chargeable days. Honestly, while the service and truck provided were fine, this business behavior will cause me to second guess using UHaul again.Jesse C.
