CHARLES WI reserved 12 furniture pads several days prior to rental pickup. When we arrived at 8:20am to pick up the truck and furniture pads we were told another customer wanted 60 pads with their pickup at 8:10 that morning and so they didn't have any available for us. Why not put 12 pads aside for the customer who had them reserved and give the other customer 48 pads. Makes better sense to me from a customer service standpoint. This was disappointing. We had a job to do and pads were needed and reserved through U-Haul.

SUSAN HU-Haul shouldn't have rented a truck with no working lights. Delayed 3 hours to fix. Two blown tires left me on the freeway for almost two hours after midnight. Bald tires should've been replaced before renting out the trailer. Both incidents were dangerous and could've caused serious injury or death. Could've also been ticketed for no lights. Left multiple messages over the last few weeks for the GM, Heather, in Farragut for a refund. Never heard back.
WILLIAM OI picked up an auto transport for a one way ~500 mile trip. The uhaul staff was friendly and helped hook up the trailer and verify I was good to go. The trailer was in good shape and had some new straps and tires. Unfortunately, when I asked them if the lights on the trailer were working, they only checked the passenger-side taillight and said I was good to go. I drove 15 minutes to load up the car and double checked everything and noticed the driver-side taillight was out. Reminder to always verify everything myself before leaving the store.
Bernard MClean and organized facility. I ordered a trailer online. The trailer was ready. They hooked it up and I was off When I returned they unhooked it. In and out quick.

JOHN GI requested 36 moving blankets. When I picked up truck they could only give me 12. They called another location and I had to drive the 26ft truck across town and back to get only 12 more

LATINA AEquipment was not available when I arrived. Drove two hours to pickup. Items missing from order, moving blankets and dolly. When I called store, only recourse is credit issued on back end.

JOHN BI reserved a trailer and didn't realize they closed at 7. Went the next morning morning. Then they didn't have six bags of blankets like I reserved. They only had two bags of blankets. We had to go back home and get blankets and towels

PAUL CFrom the time I arrived until the time I brought the rental vehicle back everyone at the location was friendly and very professional. Moving day is a rough experience to begin with...and tiring. But the staff at the location made it so much easier and I really appreciate that. The rental van was very clean and operated perfectly. I most certainly recommend this location and most all U-Haul locations that I have ever had experience with. That is why I keep coming back for my vehicle needs at U-Haul. Thanks to everyone at the location.

EDWARD TWhen I got there, the people were nice. Somehow, there was a lock on the rear loading door. I didn't discover this until I got home to start loading. I called the store number. It went directly to a national call center. The prompts were confusing, and the only recommendation they had was return it to the store. I was on a time crunch, so this was extremely inconvenient. The guy apologized and got me a new truck, but didn't give me a new agreement with the correct truck on it. When I returned the truck in a different city, they had to hold me an extra 30 minutes, to see why I had a different truck than was on my paper. Very unprofessional.

DYLAN FWas not given 24 furniture pads but I made it work. I wouldn't say the staff in Farragut was overly helpful, nor would I say U-Haul recommended me number of boxes. I did that myself. Most of it was done without the help of U-Haul employees. However the staff in Indiana and the pick up/drop off there was great
