My opinion, to make sure there's always More than 2 employees at the work site..It's hard for just one employee on a very Busy morning..But the 1 employee did handle his self Very well among 6 or 7 impatient customers This morning.👍

EDWIN CThe truck was in excellent condition. The staff was very helpful. The parking lot was cramped and hectic. Also, this location was assigned to me and was 3 miles away from the one that I selected in my original reservation. I thought it was no big deal but when I returned truck to next location, they said we went 8 miles over included mileage, app should adjust for that.

FAF-ANNIA MThe sales representative did not provide complete details about the rental, including information about using the app and the $20 fee for returning the U-Haul after hours. I rented the U-Haul at 4:30 pm and was not informed that returning it in the morning would cost me more, but it ended up costing more to return the vehicle after hours. The customer service was poorly executed.

DAVID LI had gone to the location to pick up my rental. I spoke with the associate about picking up the tow dolly the following day due to not being able to load the truck with the dolly attached. When the next day came around, I was going to be later than I had expected in picking it up, so I called the store and spoke to the same associate about picking up the dolly in the afternoon. He said that would be fine, and that he would let the next associate on shift know. He rescheduled my pick up for 12:30 instead of 2:30, so when I arrived at the location at 2:15 to pick up the dolly, the reservation had been cancelled and refunded. I did not get a phone call or any form of communication asking me if I was still coming to pick it up. The associate just ASSUMED that I wasn't coming to pick up. The money obviously was not instantly refunded, so I had to use money that was planned for gas in said u-haul to pay for the dolly rental all over again. The truck was literally on empty when it was picked up, and ti was also filthy in the back, not even sweeped out.
