Just some drip marks from spilled drinks and possibly burn mark on driver seat. I was taking photos and the app said I hit my limit. I would not want to get charged for this. Overall, still in good condition. Also. I kind of wish that the fuel was at full tank instead of the just over halfway mark.

The manager that dealt with my wife was a complete ass. I sent her in when I was stranded for a trailer and he treated her like it was an inconvenience to do his job. Not happy at all.

would be nice to be able to utilize the customer assistance while having a online vs in person reservation. also so ive done both in person and online would prefer in person due to deposit and pay the difference vs holding money on my debit card. I get it got to have a card for liability reason. Just more convient and less hassle free

I did the online check in so all I had to do was get the keys when I arrived. When I arrived they had no record of my reservation and I still had to complete everything I already did for the online check in.

I was s given keys to a truck that didn't start, then I was given the wrong keys to the next truck that I was going to drive. When I finally found the employee who was assisting me I was given keys to a vehicle that jerked back and forth between 45 & 60 miles per hour. I had movers waiting for me to arrive at my storage unit so I stopped by the Wichita-Holland location where a "manager" with a smart mouth told me it's not there responsibility to check each vehicle for proper maintenance each time a rental is rented, and then fiddled with the gas tank. This manager, female, was offended that I was upset told one of the other employees to "note my account", whatever that means. Ineptitude was rampant at both locations and the bad attitude of the Holland location manager was such bad customer service that if I ever need a rental truck in the future I won't be renting from u-haul.

Prorate price if customer can not have until next day, or if truck has mechanical issues and customer has to spend time fixing said issues during time paid for with truck. I only got truck for 9 hours paid for whole day. Check engine light was on as soon as we got in truck, ramp was jammed and would not come out of back.

Odometer mileage was wrong. Was told it would be corrected. It was not. Return location was wrong. Was told it would be corrected. It was not. Felt like we were lied to from day one. Was told we were going to get $100 deposit back after we returned the equipment. That didn't happen either.

Well it seems as though I rented a U-Haul for 19 days and figured maybe there might be a better rate than what I paid at the end of it. The headlines on the driver side was out and my battery died three times. I did get somebody out to recharge it one of the times because I just took it upon myself to do it the other two times. I thought they would just change it but it did well after that. I guess I lost count of days cuz I didn't realize I had it for 19 days. But still I thought maybe I would have got a better rate. Then I re-rented a U-Haul again maybe a week or two later and found that I got the same U-Haul I had the first time because the headlines was out in the license plate was the same. Overall I was glad to have the U-Haul at my expense to use. It was very much needed.

I originally booked at a different location and when I went there they sent me to this location. This location held me up there for 45 minutes claiming they couldn't find the truck I reserved. They then gave me a truck and said I had to return it by 7 which I thought would be 7am since I had originally reserved to return at midnight. I returned the truck around 10:30pm and left. Now I am being charged a different rate than I agreed to and I had to use more mileage that I would have had to use if the original reservation would have been honored.

Great job! It's our second time in last couple of months to use this Seneca location. Customers are greeted as they enter and wait time was just 3-4 minutes.

Pulled in to drop off at 6:55 PM, location closes at 7 PM. Even though I was there before close, I still had to do an after hours drop off. By the time I left the closing associate was leaving too. I was ignored when I pulled up to the drop off location so that the closing associate could still leave on time.

The customer service on renting and returning was great. Only thing I would reference is the need to have a clean windshield as the Kansas sunshine can be quite strong especially at sunset.

Unfortunately, the truck was almost on empty when we picked it up. Not knowing how much gas the trip would take, I filled it up, costing, $80. See comment on return.

First lady that was helping us, really gave the impression she did not want to be there let alone helping us. A lot of huffing and puffing, complaining she had to do more than the minimum. Had a issue with the first truck, a worker there said they were aware of the issue and tried to get them to fix it a week prior to no avail. Then the check in process in the store was nothing more then the worker taking the key, walking off then not saying anything else past that. Wasn't sure if we were good to go, wasn't informed of the price change for mile adjustment or anything. Can deal with bad trucks, but bad trucks with poor employees is not a good combo.

Cleaning the trucks after each use, making sure they do not smell of previous people/cigarettes. Letting customers know that the location will be closed at drop off time, and where to drop keys off at. Going over all charges, letting customers know that the total will be $50 more than what is advertised. Advising customers that it's okay not to fill out the check list in email before taking trucks.

The truck given to me was very old. The motor at times would stick in gear. The above average rating is because the staff were kind and professional. The equipment, not so good. The truck got us to where we needed to go but not without us praying we wouldn't break down. This 1,09 per mile is ridiculous, need to have a flat rate based on mileage but should never be more than truck rental. Mine was. Also, no explanation for a charge of license recovery fee.

No overhead lights, lock broken that is used to see inside, trucks and cars are always parked in our way to get into our rented space. We moved out due to the fact that, can't load or unload our belongings because too many rental vehicles are always in our way. Too expensive for unkept, unclean, space to rent. 149,95 plus tax. Cost too much for unkept storage

My unit was broken in to 4 times. The first 3 I didn't have to insurance. I finally purchased the insurance and when the my unit was broke in to again the manager told me that if I find a claim he would dispute it because my lock supposedly wasn't in the right place.

I did not like u haul putting their lock on my unit and I had to wait for them to unlock my rented unit. They always had a truck that was broke down parked in front of my unit, again I had to wait to have it moved so I could get into my unit. They lost the key to their lock and they had to cut off their lock. The parking lot had nails, screws and wire/metal laying all around the parking lot.
