Eric Miller the business owner I believe, was rude to me! When I called to ask a few questions and had one more question he said he had a customer and put me on hold! I waited on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. Then I went there to reserve a truck. I was never told about any cleaning fee! When I returned the truck after I swept it out and left it clean Eric checked it on and said it had a smell to it and that he was going to charge me a cleaning fee. I told him I was never informed about any cleaning fee and that if he thought there was a smell he should leave it open for a bit. That is when he told me to never come back!! I was being nice but he was not! My payment should have been less then $80 but when I went inside to get my refund he kept the $100 and told me again to never come back! That is when I told him I was going to report him! I never report anybody but in his case it is the only thing I can do. I hope you take me seriously and reprimand him for being a jerk to a paying customer!! ThanksJeffrey F.
The guy that checked our truck in was very helpful, refunded us for the windshield wiper blades and was even surprised that the location in Arkansas didn't check the windshield wiper blades, the truck cleaned out or have the tank full before we picked it up. Wish I remember what his name was.. he deserves a raise.ADAM B.
I was done with the truck by 4:45 pm the same day I picked it up. However the location I dropped the truck at said they where open till 5 pm and they where not. I called the person I was told to contact and have yet (11:03 pm) to hear back from them..so I dont know it truck shows as dropped off (because I could not use the requested website to indicate the drop off). This is second time now that the stupid website did not work. The truck only had 8th of a tank of fuel when I picked it up Also...seems like they are just trying to screw me over. I even had my son try doing the online drop off with App but it simply never worked. I am NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I WILL be calling main office if I get ANY OTHER CHARGES than what I have already paid as the tank was fuller than they said it ahould be...truck was CLEANED...and I dropped off the same day. Not happy at all. If you are wondering about using Uhaul I would strongly suggest you check on other options. MBMichelle B.
