The staff at this location was nice. There was a lady who helped us and greeted us soon we walked in her Fist name starts with a D. But she explained everything to us . Excellent service à la clientèle. The guy brought the truck around he was nice and the truck was clean.

U Haul provide excellent services. The storage rate increments every year is outrageous. It should be affordable to all asundry. In this present economic situation the rates should be such that it should be reachable by every individual. I still will recommend their services to friends.

I was charged for an online quote and at the counter. It caused my account to be overdrawn. Tony the manager was very patient as he tried to figure out the charges. He explained it. This is my third rental within a month.

My storage unit was vandalized and I was not informed by uhaul,and I continued to pay for the storage till September 2024,completing 10months of horrible storage,the storage was rat invested,all my items were stolen by rats and human rats,I lost a great deal of my valuables,no apology from uhaul,all they could do was requesting for more money,it's so sad indeed, that this can happen in America.None of my friends or family will ever use haul on bassinet road.Not ever.

Both Mr. Tony's are excellent even the younger gentleman I don't remember his name. The older lady needs a little more education on the computer and also handling business situations better and not tell us to go to another location when properly had reservations for you location. But luckily The younger Mr. Tony took care of the situation for us but overall we have no other issues

I called customer service they told me to pay $250 because the battery needed to be charged,while unloading my items on a hot day. After returning after putting gas back when I started,8 asked they said I probably needed to put more if not extra charge will be added,which made it go to almost full,$15 extra money

Cory and the lady at the front were super nice. (I can't remember her name(Pretty Caucasian lady with curly hair) Cory explained everything about the location of my unit and told me some safety tips. Overall it was a fast and great experience. This location is now my storage of choice.

After having my belongings and storage for probably 6 months I went back over there to my storage shed and everything was covered in rat feces and rat urine I had rat nests in my boxes and everything was just contaminated so I lost over $5 000 worth of my belongings and I just didn't feel I should have to pay to have my things defecated on whenever they were supposed to be maintaining the rat infestation not a good experience at all

I actually forgot to replenish the gas in the tank before returning the truck. Instead of just charging me the higher cost for Uhaul to replace the gas, Tony came and asked me if I wanted to take the truck back out and do that myself because it would save me quite a bit of money. I was very appreciative and did that. Everyone was polite and helpful.

Very non-welcoming staff Susan, They close at 5pm, as I entered at 4:35pm, Susan showed attitude, saying it's not good time to come in, she has to close register etc, , she started process at 4:40pm after I told why she is wasting time giving excuses only, she was just trying to rid away me, She took my Selfe (even she got copy of my ID), Strange! I took U-Haul couple of time before, but no body ever asked to take pix from their personal phone , I would never go at this location again

I scheduled a same day 10' truck rental and pre-checked in. When I got to the rental office I was in and out with lightning speed. The truck was great and the return of it was also with lightning speed. I am very satisfied with the location, the reps and my experience. Merci.

Both cashiers had poor customer service skills and an attitude like they really didn't wanted to be there. I was never told when I came earlier to the location to inquire about my reservation that I would need to have a second person ready with their phone to verify my identity." Otherwise, I will not be rented a uhual truck". Neither when I booked my online reservation was Informed that I need to have second person ready with their phone to verify my identity. It was 9 am in the morning and I had really a hard time getting anyone to answer their phone. On my complaining that you all should have informed me when I came to the location and booked online so I was ready one of the cashiers rudely and with an smug attitude said to me "We are just doing our jobs and it has always been like this. And that we are renting you a 45K truck ." I felt disrespected as a customer and will not visit this location again. Lastly, one year ago I used the uhaul location at Webster, TX and I was not asked to bring a second person on their phone to verify me and furthermore I was treated with courtesy and respect.

Leonard/Manager was very knowledgeable, offered great advice & answered ALL my questions. This is the first time I have rented a storage unit. Leonard was very detailed & made me comfortable in my decision to rent from U-Haul. Towards the end of completing the process, another associate/Robert Reed came in & was also very friendly & helped me with the gate card. Both associates were very professional & accommodating! Leonard & Robert are excellent examples of how to provide amazing customer service!! These two are VALUABLE ASSOCIATES & deserve all incentives &/or awards & recognition available.

Leonard provided me excellent same-day service, securing me the right size truck and right size storage all within 60 minutes. Facilities and equipment were clean and ready to work. And he was training a new assistant manager all the same time. This man deserves a raise! I've been using U-Haul all my life, and this was a memorable experience. Great job to all!

Jerrold went above and beyond to facilitate my move in. Even though it was some issues due to another uhaul location mistake. I will continue to do business with the 108311 Bissonett location. I can't believe Ms. Susan is still there.

Jerold was simply the best , this place is lucky to have him. Never seen someone handle some many customers with ease, he was working both computers by himself trying to make sure everyone was taken care of. He is the best when it comes to customer service, he comes across genuine and Sincere as if he really wants to help you. I plan on being a repeat customer as long as he's there

I went through the May flood in 2015 and the Harvey flood in 2017 and in both cases i kept my goods at this facility. I closed my last unit on Sunday Nov.14. The personnel is very helpful and I was always treated with care and respect. I will always recommend this location on Bissonnet. Merci.
