ANA BI really liked the after hours turnover program in the past. When i tried to upload the photos it didn't work this time. Ot was frustrating. He accessed the situation and was working with multiple people on all the computers at the desk. I took my daughter to her storage unit to put something in it and had to wait 40 minutes for the associate to come from the check in location to her storage location just to get her pod down. The experience was horrible.

LAKEISHA MI didn't like that my delivery location was changed without my consent. I was then charged a mileage overage, and the location change resulted in an increase in price for Uber because the drop off location was further than my original destination chosen for drop-off. This was not due to the facility, this was U-Haul and I was not consulted at all, only got a text with the changes - which I did not check because I had already chosen my drop-off location.
PATRICK GVehicle had a scratch before I rented it but I was charged for it. I was not refunded $6 for the had I didn't use.

SHADEQUA GNot only was the condition of the truck poor, we had a mileage dispute after the move. I literally moved from the storage unit at the rental site to an apartment across the street and promptly return the truck. Was charged for over 20 miles (I couldn't have gone over 5). I won't be using this location again.

FWANEE HDue to lack of security and security gates, my storage unit was broken into and all of my most valuable items, including a 60 inch television as well as washer and dryer were stolen… if the facility will not provide a secure gated facility then they should at least have an overnight on-site security guard that can secure the premises to protect the customers property during after hours.

I feel rushed due to this unnecessary incident. If I'm unnecessarily charged after I was told by two U-Haul managers that the fee will be waived. However y'all keep charging my card or sending me receipt after our discussion. I can't keep my mouth shut especially if this was only offered to put me in debt. Knowing the reason I really had to leave my unit early. The manager at the location was nice and nothing but unstanding very helpful. Just hope and pray their have better staff tg

Terry C | Premières impressionsWorst Uhaul store ever. The store owner (white. blonde hair, blue eyes, in 40-50s, hair in ponytail) is rude & unprofessional. I called the day before and the day of and her staff confirmed my auto transport is reserved and 100 % ready for me. I then call about an hour before my pickup time to inform the store I'm running a few minutes late and the owner says the auto transport is no longer available before disconnecting the call. I go to the store with truck & auto transport to get my stuff from the storage unit and the owner stops her staff from unhooking the auto transport for me (I said I would drive the car). I begged the owner to help me as I was already late to my destination due to her canceling my autotransport reservation at the last hour and therefore I had to also get new movers who took another hour. I was crying the entire time. Store owner wouldn't even look at me and yelled "get out of my face". I then called support and support called her. She yelled " you called corporate on me". Only then did she go to my truck but only stood there while my movers were unhooking the auto transport. They told her they need help as they never did this before and she still did not bring her staff to hook or unhook the auto transport. At the store counter I told her I need to check out only to then find my storage unit is still active the next day.

During our move from Las Vegas to Houston, TX. Cody basically showed us his concerned about our well being during our experience when we encountered a tire blowout on the auto transporter and having to sit and wait for 5 hours in the scorching heat of Texas. Customer Service that Cody provided us was 110 % satisfactory and he needs to be cloned 10 times. Other than that, we don't want to elaborate more on our experience during our multiple calls for roadside assistance and the long wait that we endured. Rosita Macek
