HARRIET CNot being taken off my account mistakenly merged with the person I was putting as my designated driver would be nice. That person thought I put everything on them and went awol and ran the truck out of gas but because I wasn't on my own account I couldn't do anything about it, there fore I lost my keys, ny iPhone, my wallet, my iPad, and many things I held dear as well as other people's things that I can't afford to replace. Locked out of my accounts across the board for weeks until someone barrowed me a cellphone for now. The manager who made such mistake as merging the accounts did nothing for me but apologize and tell me it was my own problem. Completely heartless

They claim to check on units daily but could not give me an exact time of when the incident happened. The access badge they give you should record date and time of access but they could not provide that either. I believe it was an inside job as there is always someone who lives on site.

Wil VThis facility has always been professional polite and super helpful and if they couldn't help they go out of their way to find it ...I had my unit for two years upgraded to a bigger one and after three more years it wasn't fees able or financially bare able to hold onto it so had to let things go...very sad day hoping beyond hope I get my birth certificate but no such luck yet...they even gave it a valiant effort to forward it to me if they did...Thank you to all the staff that put up with the days and times I thought I would just lose it

LAVADA Y | Expérience généraleI had Storage Container 208 for over 7 years without one incident and I'm grateful to at least three Management Staff for their hard work and security. Over four of those years were spent abroad and I was kept abreast of all changes by U-Haul staff. It was a relief to return stateside and find the content of your storage container perfectly intact. Indeed, I found no reason to complain about anything, and the new Management staff was just as hardworking as the first ones I encountered. Also, I believe more staff would b e helpful to the staff as they are frequently cleaning, checking container security, etc and not in the office. Yes, they can be contacted by phone, but frequently have to respond to the office from distant areas of the property. More staff is a suggestion and not a reflection on the hardworking staff. Merci.

She allowed me to express my saddeness relating to my mom passing. She spoke with me with compassion and comfort me. Ms. Paula recognized I was dealing with trauma relating to my mother death. What she did next was incredible. She became a friend to me in my time of need. She came with benevolence, care, kindness and understanding to my situation. She shared with me that she also lost her mother. She ministered to my soul . When I left out of the facility, I felt so much better. She took the time to care for me when I needed caring. Thank you so much Ms. Paula, for caring . I am forever grateful .

The property was clean and well maintained, the staff are friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. The storage units were clean, and even provided a lock. I won't go to any other location but this one. Cera UNo improvements. Mylea C. at this location was very helpful, answered all my questions and marked the truck where there was damage/ dings/ etc. when we did a walk around. She also helped me adjust to get the truck a day early which really helped us in the loading process. I will definitely use Uhaul again because of this and she deserves a raise.

TAMI WI had a storage unit here for almost ten years I didn't get to see it often but enough to keep track of what I had. I knew that management changed hands more than people change their underwear. I just had hoped everything was going to still be there. Wrong several items were stolen locks changed with out my permission. The last manager was of some help with getting me access to close my account. To bad it was to last for me

JUDY SI have used a few different locations over the years las Vegas Blvd. , Nellis and Stewart and i think its like craig and revere , sometimes good experiences sometimes not Nellis and Stewart kept giving me broke trucks. but this location at Nellis and air force base the two ladies I dealt with were awesome and made me feel like I a local regular there i was a very good experiance they are very nice, polite direct and honest this is definitely the location I perfer if possible in the future .

Folks please keep it clean so they wont take it away ;) On the negative the fees are quite high especially for the lien fee $50 in addition to a late fee $20. A bit much to pay when you are already behind. I feel sorry for the ones who cant catch up. At least they were able to remove a couple late fees. it helps. My room price kept rising. two increases in a year. The price was reasonable most of the time (years) I was there, but I can see how it is now rising quickly. Overall Im glad I was able to use this spot.

The other Friday, Jan. 13, I was unable to get the elevator to open for over 15 minutes. I ran my card at least 4 or 5 times. I pushed the call button 4 times with no response. I pushed the call button at the entry for getting carts, still no response!! Glad I was not being attacked!!!!!!!!

Upon entering the office we could smell the cleanliness of the room, the organization of everything available, and the young lady moving about maintaining everything. The manager we spoke with was very professional, polite, and helpful. I believe she said her name is Amelia. Amelia, her staff and location is by far the best I have ever experienced and I highly recommend this location to everyone that wants the best experience. I give this place 5 stars ⭐️

Harvey P | Expérience généraleThe access hours are normally going to be convenient, but right now they are going through some security update or something and are closing access down at 6:45. Hopefully whatever is going on will get done quickly. Most people need to access storage after 6pm. The guys there (Omar and Damar) were super friendly and helpful - I was super impressed and relieved as I came in from driving 30 hours and moving itself is extremely stressful. They had to figure out how to get me in with their system down and worked hard making calls and returning calls and discovering and we're always upbeat and friendly. Omar helped find best place to unload and gave tour of storage unit showing me where carts are unloading options and where both elevators were. He also checked on us twice while we were working. I feel like their service exceeded expectations. I'm grateful!!

Aaron J | Expérience généraleThe primary purpose for my abrupt departure was the fact that the price kept getting hiked and, to make it worse, I was constantly finding out after the fact and being hounded for $5 here and there. In spite of repeatedly informing the company of a new email address, the notices of price changes were sent to the wrong address, forcing me to deal with people on the phone who could only try to collect from me over the phone. In spite of having the container for more than 5 years without any incident, I was treated as though I was trying to beat you out of $5. Frankly, it wasn't a good look for you. The container was convenient...until you made it not so.

HAS NO PATIENCE AND QUICKLY LOSES HIS COOL. Omar has no idea how to treat a customer or even perform his job like he was trained. Or maybe he needs to be retrained because he doesn't explain things to customers or even bothers to ask if you have any questions. He expects you to know all the information when his job is to do just that. Explain things to the customer. If I was Uhaul I would consider firing him or retraining him.

It never seemed more than 10 degrees cooler from outside (had thermometer reading over 100 degrees inside more than once). The units were constantly showered with dust from the unsealed exterior walls. At times, there were no carts to be found near the elevator. The exterior building doors are always unlocked; even thought it's located in one of the highest crime areas of Vegas. The latest manager took over three months to rectify a billing error he created, due to lack of system knowledge. And initially blamed me for the error.

Although the gentleman in there had outstanding customer service attitude. Emelia still found a way to make things negative. When on my way out was claiming that she had to 'fix the door I broke'. Which was the automatic sliding door to enter the building. Apparently me putting my foot in the way because it was closing on me, so I prevented it from doing that. Was me breaking it. What a shame for some companies to be so great with poor employee attitudes.

But I have a real problem with 3969 Rancho drive when I returned my rental truck which was defective ENGINE LIGHT ON AND IT SOUNDED LIKE A TRACTOR. When I tried telling the clerk they she could've cared less so I definitely wouldn't advise or recommend anyone to go there.

They were very professional and courteous as Omar took the time to walk us through all the steps for our unloading and finding our specific units. The facility looks amazingly well-kept and the gate makes a huge difference for me in terms of safety and security for my belongings. I also needed to turn in our rental vehicle to another facility but Omar took it upon himself to take care of us and allow us to turn in the vehicle at their facility, which took a lot of stress off of us. I would 100 % recommend this U-Haul storage facility to anyone who needs assistance with storage or moving vehicles. Excellent customer service with a well-kept facility!
